A motion offered by Councilmember Torres, duly seconded by Councilmember Clark, that Council Bill 22-1628 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Herndon, Black, Torres, Clark Nay: 3- Sandoval, CdeBaca, Kashmann 22-1629 Approves a map amendment to rezone property from OS-B to OS-A, C-MX-12, C-MX-8, C-MX-5, C-MX-5 with waivers, C-MS-5 with DO-8, G-RX-5, and G-RX-5 with waivers, located at 4141 East 35th Avenue in Council District 8. A motion offered that Council Bill 22-1625 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Sandoval, Herndon, CdeBaca, Black, Torres, Kashmann, Clark Nay: 0 22-1626 Dedicates two parcels of land as 1) East 17th Avenue, located at the intersection of East 17th Avenue, and North Washington Street, and 2) public alley, bounded by East 17th Avenue, North Pearl Street, East 18th Avenue, and North Washington Street in Council District 10. A motion offered that Council Resolution 22-1626 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Sandoval, Herndon, CdeBaca, Black, Torres, Kashmann, Clark Nay: 0 22-1627 Relinquishes the easement in its entirety as established in the Ordinance No. 107, Series of 1985, located at 3300 Blake Street in Council District 9.
