22-1635 Submits to a vote of the qualified and registered electors of the City and
County of Denver at the general municipal election on April 4, 2023 a ballot
measure authorizing the release of the conservation easement on the
property known as the Park Hill Golf Course and allowing publicly
accessible parks and open space and commercial and residential
development, including affordable housing, community serving retail and
other purposes.
A motion offered by Vice Chair Herndon, duly seconded by Councilmember
Torres, that Council Bill 22-1635 be approved for filing, carried by the following
vote:
Aye: 5- Sandoval, Herndon, Black, Torres, Clark
Nay: 2- CdeBaca, Kashmann
22-1653 Amends Article II, Chapter 10 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code
concerning buildings and building regulations to adopt the 2022 Denver
Building Code, Denver Fire Code, and Denver Green Code.
A motion offered by Councilmember Clark, duly seconded by Councilmember
Kashmann, that Council Bill 22-1653 be approved for filing, carried by the
following vote:

Mixed Use Design Overlay zone district (DO-9) and the Cherry Creek East
Residential Design Overlay zone district (DO-10) in Council District 10.
A motion offered by Councilmember Kashmann, duly seconded by
Councilmember Clark, that Council Bill 22-1647 be approved for filing, carried by
the following vote:

22-1664 Approves a Denver Zoning Code text amendment to create the Cherry
Creek East Commercial Mixed-Use Design Overlay zone district (DO-9)

(DO-10), as well as make a minor clarification to the rules of measurement.
A motion offered by Councilmember Kashmann, duly seconded by
