A motion offered by Councilmember Clark, duly seconded by Councilmember Kashmann, that Council Bill 22-1673 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Sandoval, Black, Torres, Kashmann, Clark Nay: 0 Absent: 2- Herndon, CdeBaca 22-1674 Approves a map amendment to rezone property from PUD 17 to U-MX-2x, located at 1618 East 38th Avenue in Council District 9.
