A motion offered by Councilmember Kashmann, duly seconded by
Councilmember Torres, that Council Bill 23-0030 be approved for filing, carried
by the following vote:

23-0031 Approves a legislative map amendment to rezone multiple properties in the

drainage and flood control improvements in Council District 3. No change

Avenue and Broadway, and 5th Avenue and Lincoln Street in Council
District 7 (201738519-01/202266116-01).
