A motion offered by Councilmember Kashmann, duly seconded by Councilmember Torres, that Council Bill 23-0030 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Sandoval, CdeBaca, Black, Torres, Kashmann, Clark Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Herndon 23-0031 Approves a legislative map amendment to rezone multiple properties in the Sunnyside neighborhood to apply the Sunnyside Conservation Overlay zone district (CO-7) and the Sunnyside Conservation Overlay and Brick zone district (CO-8) in Council District 1.
