A motion offered by Councilmember Black, duly seconded by Councilmember
Torres, that Council Bill 23-0384 be approved for filing, carried by the following

23-0374 Approves a Denver Zoning Code text amendment to create new
administrative adjustment and variance procedures.
A motion offered by Councilmember Kashmann, duly seconded by Chair
Sandoval, that Council Bill 23-0374 be approved for filing, carried by the
following vote:

23-0375 Amends Chapter 59 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to allow
properties that retain zoning designation under Former Chapter 59 or that
need to comply with state or federal law, access to the text amendment
approved in CB23-0374.
A motion offered by Councilmember Torres, duly seconded by Chair Sandoval,
that Council Bill 23-0375 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote:

23-0373 Amends Chapter 54 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to create new
curbside and parking enforcement mechanisms to address emerging
safety and space management issues, citywide.
A motion offered that Council Bill 23-0373 be approved for filing, carried by the

23-0376 Amends a contract with Container Pros, LLC by adding $1,305,146.08 for
a new total of $1,761,298.76 and 8 months for a new end date of
12-31-2023 to continue supporting the volume-based trash pricing
program by exchanging trash carts citywide to match each households’
requested cart size, as well as continue to deliver curbside compost carts
and kitchen counter compost pails (202265382-02/ 202367311-02).
A motion offered that Council Resolution 23-0376 be approved by consent en
bloc, carried by the following vote:

23-0380 Approves a grant agreement with the Colorado Department of
Transportation (CDOT) for $21,800,000, which includes a city match of

improvements to Buchtel Boulevard from University to Colorado
Boulevards in Council District 6 (202366924).

guaranteed annual minimum payment, plus 11.5% of revenue above that
amount and through 3-8-2026 to provide concession services at
Washington Park in Council District 6 and City Park in Council District 9
