A motion offered that Council Resolution 23-0389 be approved by consent en bloc, carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Sandoval, Herndon, CdeBaca, Black, Torres, Kashmann, Clark Nay: 0 23-0390 Approves a revenue sharing license agreement with SkiEcho, LLC for a site fee of $125 per week plus 11% of monthly revenue and through 12-31-2023, plus two 1-year options to extend, to operate a mobile food truck serving park visitors during the temporary closure of Echo Lake Lodge (PARKS-202266017).
