Minutes Land Use, Transportation & Infrastructure Committee Committee Members: Sandoval, Chair; Herndon, Vice-Chair; Black, CdeBaca, Clark, Kashmann Committee Staff: Luke Palmisano Tuesday, May 16, 2023, 10:30 AM City & County Building, Council Chambers, Room 450 Attendance Present: 5- Sandoval, Black, Torres, Kashmann, Clark Absent: 2- Herndon, CdeBaca Action Items 23-0576 Approves a non-financial intergovernmental agreement with the Evergreen Metropolitan District (EMD) for 50 years to set forth and clarify rights, obligations and responsibilities of both parties as it relates to Evergreen Lake and Dam (202263483). A motion offered by Councilmember Black, duly seconded by Councilmember Kashmann, that Council Bill 23-0576 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Sandoval, Black, Torres, Kashmann, Clark Nay: 0 Absent: 2- Herndon, CdeBaca 23-0577 Approves an intergovernmental agreement with the Evergreen Park and Recreation District (EPRD) for 50 years for EPRD’s use of a portion of Dedisse Park including Evergreen Lake for recreational activities and programs (202263452).
