Denargo Market Metropolitan District No. 1, their successors and assigns,
to encroach into the right-of-way with garden and dog park fencing,
playground infrastructure and features, retaining walls, overlooks, river
access stairs, precast seat benches, rain gardens, elevated planting beds,
and sports equipment at 2650 Arkins Court, in Council District 9.
