DEPARTMENTAL MATTERS IN THE REGULAR COURSE OF BUSINESS: Mayor's Office Anthony Aragon 16-0926 * Approves the Mayoral reappointments of Chris Hinds and Resolution Jackie King to the Denver Commission for People with Disabilities for terms effective immediately and expiring on 9-30-17, or until a successor is duly appointed. 16-0927 Approves the Mayoral reappointments of Indya Clark, Lynn Resolution Noesner, Mary Ricketson, Jill Wright, and the appointments of April Hansen, Shontel Lewis, Leslie Sale, and Lisa Weinberg to the Denver Women’s Commission for terms effective immediately and expiring 6-30-18, or until successors are duly appointed. City Attorney Rob Nespor 16-0923 * Adds $1 million and two years through 9-30-18 to the contract Resolution with Senter, Goldfarb, & Rice LLC for a new total of $2 million for on-call special counsel for conflict cases, overflow, and other legal matters (ATTNY- 201313803-01). City Council Tariana Navas 16-0929 * Approves the appointment of Elise Edwards to the Denver County Resolution Cultural Council as the Denver Public Schools representative, for a term effective immediately and ending on October 1, 2018. Community Planning and Development Kyle Dalton 16-0906 Approves text amendment #10 to create the Krisana Park Bill Conservation Overlay District, CO-5, in Council District 6. 16-0907 Rezones the Krisana Park neighborhood from S-SU-D to Bill S-SU-D CO-5, adding the Krisana Park Conservation Overlay District, in Council District 6. Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, October 18, 2016 Page 2 Denver International Airport Aaron Barraza 16-0930 * Amends a contract with Centerline Solutions, LLC by adding Resolution $300,000 for a new total contract total in the amount of $1.1 million and to add two years for a new end date of 2-2-19, for continuing consulting services for the wireless and radio frequency communications at Denver International Airport (201310449). 16-0785 Amends the Hotel Management Agreement with Westin DIA Resolution Operator, LLC at Denver International Airport by revising definitions, adding definitions, and modifying the flow of funds in the Hotel Management Agreement to allow for clarification of terms and compliance with the General Bond Ordinance. There are no changes in the term length, contract value, or amounts in the contract (CE0A072). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on [DATE]. Environmental Health Bob McDonald/Laurel Delmonico 16-0936 Approves the 2017 Denver Health and Hospital Authority operating Bill agreement where Denver Health will receive $62,139,861 for services provided to the City and the City will receive funds in the amount of $2,503,800 for City services provided to Denver Health (ENVHL-CE60436-28). Human Rights and Community Partnerships Aisha Rousseau 16-0931 Amends a contract with Meeting the Challenge, Inc. by adding Resolution $460,000 for a new total contract in the amount of $610,000 and to add twenty-three months for a new end date of 12-31-18, to provide consultation services on the City's overall compliance with ADA and all duties and responsibilities as assigned as outlined in the Project Civic Access (PCA) Settlement Agreement (HRCRS-201418678-02).
