DEPARTMENTAL MATTERS IN THE REGULAR COURSE OF BUSINESS: Mayor's Office Anthony Aragon 16-1159 * Approves the Mayoral appointment of Desmond Fulton Resolution to the Denver Latino Commission for a term effective immediately and expiring on 1-1-18, or until a successor is duly appointed. 16-1175 * Approves the following Mayoral appointments to the Resolution Affordable Housing Advisory Committee: John Parvensky, Veronica Barela, and Heather Lafferty for terms effective immediately and expiring on December 31, 2017; Bill Pruter, Michael Warren, and Trinidad Rodriguez for terms effective immediately and expiring on December 31, 2018; and, Kevin Marchman, Randy Kilbourne, Kenneth Ho, and Charles Perry for terms effective immediately and expiring on December 31, 2019, or until successors are duly appointed. City Council Debra Bartleson 16-1180 * Approves the City Council appointments to the Resolution Affordable Housing Advisory Committee of Jenny Santos as the At-Large representative for a term ending December 31, 2018; Brad Weinig as the Advocate representative for a term ending December 31, 2019; and Councilmember Kniech as the Council representative for a term ending December 31, 2017, or until successors are duly appointed. County Court Terrie Langham 16-1167 * Approves a contract with Integral Recoveries, Inc. in Resolution the amount of $2,460,000 for three years for the collection of delinquent fines and fees citywide for Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, November 29, 2016 Page 2 Denver County Court (201630637). Denver International Airport Aaron Barraza 16-1138 * Amends a contract with Concessions Colorado, LLC, Resolution doing business as New Belgium Spoke, by mutually terminating an existing concession contract term originally set to expire on 5-30-18 (AR 18001 - 02). 16-1169 * Amends a contract with Airport & Aviation Resolution Professionals, Inc. by adding $2,226,022 for a total contract in the amount of $3,226,022 and extending the term by two years for a new end date of 12-31-19, for representing the airline’s collective views and providing a common point of contact for the airport and to support lease negotiations, capital planning, and provide expertise and guidance on projects that impact airline operations at Denver International Airport (201311731-01). Finance Stephanie Adams 16-1173 * Authorizes rescissions and cash transfers to close Bill unused Special Revenue Funds and transfer $898,061 into the General Fund. Human Rights and Community Partnerships Miriam Peña 16-1160 * Approves a contract with Energy Outreach Colorado Resolution Efficiency, LLC in the amount of $750,000 for an end date of 12-31-17 to provide energy efficiency services, weatherization upgrades, and education for low-income multi-family unit and nonprofit facilities that serve low income residents in the City (HRCRS-201631420-00). Office of Human Resources Jennifer Cahoon 16-1161 * Approves a $11,107,890.29 appropriation for the 2017 Resolution Self-Insured Dental Fund. Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, November 29, 2016 Page 3 16-1162 * Approves a $4,048,941.79 appropriation for the 2017 Resolution Flexible Spending Account. Public Works Angela Casias 16-1163 * Amends a contract with Jacobs Investments, LLC by Resolution adding $2 million for a new total contract amount of $2,996,833.22 and extending the term by two years for a new end date of 9-3-18, to support citywide traffic signal rebuild programs and interconnect system and intelligent traffic infrastructure construction (201522601-01). 16-1164 * Dedicates a parcel of land as public right-of-way as Resolution public alley located in the alley bounded by Colfax Avenue, East 14th Avenue, Willow Street and Wabash Street in Council District 5. 16-1165 * Dedicates a parcel of land as public right-of-way as Resolution public alley located in the alley bounded by West Ellsworth Avenue, West Irvington Place, Bannock Street and Acoma Street in Council District 7.
