17-1233 * Amends a contract to add one month to the agreement
Resolution with Argus Event Staffing, LLC and to add $4 million for a
new total contract in the amount of $27 million through
12-31-17 for security and safety services in various city
venues, including the Denver Performing Arts Complex, the
Denver Coliseum, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre
(THTRS-CE03107 04).
Denver International Airport

17-1274 Approves a three-year contract with HSS, Inc., in the
Resolution amount of $115 million for traffic management, building
security, perimeter security, and airfield security services
at Denver International Airport (201735151).
17-1275 * Amends a contract with reVision, Inc. by adding $5 million
Resolution for a new contract total in the amount of $10 million for
professional procurement services on an as-needed basis
for staff augmentation and project-related services, and
initiatives at Denver International Airport. There is no
change to the contract term (201626631-01).
17-1276 Approves a seven-year contract with Bombardier
Resolution Transportation (Holdings) USA, Inc., in the amount of
$161,946,934.15 through 12-31-24 to operate the
Automated Guideway Transit System (AGTS) program,
including maintaining the vehicles, tracks, control software
and hardware, wayside, power distribution and
uninterruptable power of the train system connecting
passengers to the concourses at Denver International
Airport (201734112).

17-0764 Amends a contract with Arup Advisory Inc., by adding
Resolution $480,000 for a new total amount of $955,000 and
exercising a one year extension through 12-31-18 for
advisory services and the development of a public private
partnership (P3) program and communications plan
(201630753-00). The last regularly scheduled Council
meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-18-17.
The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on
11-14-17.

17-1264 * Approves the donation of a surplus vehicle with an
Bill estimated value of $7,000 to the nonprofit entity Bayaud
Enterprises, Inc. to provide transportation, outreach,
recruitment, and other job readiness services to homeless
individuals involved with the Denver Day Works program
citywide.

Resolution $729,686 for one Caterpillar PM822 self-propelled rotary
cold pavement planning machine for citywide repaving

Resolution $746,669 and for two years for professional design
services related to the Iowa underpass project, including
sidewalk upgrades, installation of ADA-compliant ramps,

alterations or new installation of retaining walls, lighting
improvements and other services as necessary, located
near the intersection of Iowa Avenue and Santa Fe Drive in

17-1277 * Amends a contract with Wold Architects Incorporated by
Resolution adding $51,250 for a new total of $523,250 to address
unforeseen design needs of the construction phase of the
Denver County Jail Building 24 project located at 10500
Smith Road in Council District 8. No change to contract
Duration (201629573).
17-1279 * Dedicates a parcel of land as public right-of-way as North
Resolution Knox Court located at the intersection of West 14th Avenue
and North Knox Court in Council District 3.
17-1280 * Dedicates city-owned land as West Iowa Avenue located
Resolution near the intersection of South Santa Fe Drive and West
Iowa Avenue in Council District 7.
