18-0028 Authorizes the issuance of City and County of Denver, for
Bill and on behalf of the Wastewater Management Division of
the Department of Public Works, Wastewater Enterprise
Revenue Bonds, Series 2018 in a principal amount not to
exceed $107 million for the purpose of funding $30 million
of citywide storm drainage and sanitary sewerage capital
projects identified as part of Wastewater’s 2016-2021
capital program, $77 million for the Platte to Park Hill
storm drainage project, and the associated costs of
insurance.

18-0025 * Adds $18,990,000 and one year to a contract with
Resolution Colorado Dental Service, Inc. for a new total amount of
$34,734,654.54 through 12-31-18 for dental insurance for
City employees and classified members of the police and
fire departments (CSAHR-201631802-01).
18-0026 * Adds $370,000 and one year to a contract with Lockton for
Resolution a new total of $780,834 through 12-31-18 for benefit
consulting services to the City’s Office of Human Resources
(CSAHR-201419384-03).
18-0027 * Approves a one-year $2,665,434 contract with the
Resolution Regional Transportation District for transportation (ECO)
pass benefits for eligible employees (CSAHR-201738454).

Resolution Holderness (TSH) by adding $507,858 for a new total of

for professional design and construction management
services associated with the Federal Boulevard
Reconstruction project including professional engineering,
construction materials testing, and other related services
to improve safety and relieve traffic congestion on Federal
Boulevard from West 5th Avenue to West Howard Place in
Council District 3 (CE02011-03).
