Community Planning and Development Elizabeth Weigle 18-0366 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property Bill located at 2065 South Cherokee Street in Overland from I-A UO-2 to C-RX-8 in Council District 7. Denver International Airport Rachel Marion 18-0401 Approves a contract with JSM & Associates, LLC., for Resolution $45,000,000 and for three years for baggage handling system operational and maintenance services at Denver International Airport (201736982). 18-0406 * Approves an on-call contract with M.A. Mortenson Co. for Resolution $15 million and for three years for general construction services to support the safe operation of the terminal, rapid customer growth, and aging infrastructure that requires modernization at Denver International Airport (201735082). 18-0407 * Approves an on-call contract with FCI Constructors, Inc. Resolution for $15 million and for three years for general construction services to support the safe operation of the terminal, rapid customer growth, and aging infrastructure that requires modernization at Denver International Airport (201735074). Resolution for $15 million and for three years for general construction services to support the safe operation of the terminal, rapid customer growth, and aging infrastructure that requires modernization at Denver International Airport (201738901). 18-0409 * Approves an on-call contract with Swinerton Builders for Resolution $15 million and for three years for general construction services to support the safe operation of the terminal, rapid customer growth, and aging infrastructure that requires modernization at Denver International Airport (201738902). Department of Public Health and Environment Tristan Sanders & Nicol Hogg 18-0411 * Accepts a $668,540 Cancer, Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Resolution Disease grant from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to increase access to healthy and affordable foods citywide (ENVHL-201841573). 18-0413 * Clarifies administrative requirements for reimbursement of Bill citywide child care facility inspections in an intergovernmental agreement with the Colorado Department of Human Services (18 IHIA 107546). 18-0414 * Adds $640,642 and one year to an intergovernmental Bill agreement with the Colorado Department of Human Services for a new total of $2,488,287 through 6-30-19 for reimbursement of citywide child care facility inspections (19 IHIA 107917). Finance Lisa Lumley & Andrew Johnston 18-0373 Amends a lease agreement with the Colorado Symphony Resolution Association by adding three and a half years for a new end date of 6-30-21 and reducing the annual lease amount to $1 for office and performance space at 1245 Champa Street in Council District 9 (TBD). Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, May 1, 2018 Page 3 18-0397 * Approves an exception to the time limitation in the Resolution Amended and Restated Service Plans of the Denver Gateway Center Metropolitan District and the Denver Gateway Meadows Metropolitan District to allow bond issuance payable after 2046 for the public road, drainage, parks, water, and sewer improvements needed for development in Council District 11. Office of Economic Development Susan Liehe 18-0398 * Approves a $667,788 grant agreement with Colorado AIDS Resolution Project through 6-30-18 for tenant based rental assistance, short term rent, mortgage and utility assistance, permanent housing placement, and other supportive services for low-income people living with HIV/AIDS (201839154-00). 18-0410 * Approves a $1,820,000 loan agreement with Gorman & Resolution Company for thirty-one months for the construction of 91 units of income-restricted rental housing at Laradon Homes located at 5120 North Broadway in Council District 9 (OEDEV-201738563-00). Office of Human Resources Patricia Rowe & Chris Longshore 18-0396 * Adds $287,006 and one year to the contract with SkillSoft Resolution Corporation for a new total of $1,724,997.95 through 5-29-19 for learning content and a limited learning management system for the Office of Human Resources (201310840-4). Parks and Recreation Laura Morales 18-0402 * Amends a lease agreement with Environmental Learning Resolution for Kids (ELK) by adding a Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) grant award in the amount of $250,000 for the construction of a park site that will serve as the home base for ELK to provide environmental education for youth citywide located at 12680 East Albrook Drive in Council Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, May 1, 2018 Page 4 Districts 8. Public Works Sarah Stanek 18-0295 Grants a revocable permit to New Cingular Wireless PCS, Resolution LLC., doing business as AT&T, to encroach into the right of way with the installation of one small cell pole and facilities at 1465 Wewatta Street in Council District 9. 18-0308 * Amends a contract with Cartegraph Systems, Inc. to add Resolution advanced resources for material management to the scope of work to support a cloud-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system for the City's traffic assets such as traffic signals, pavement markings, and signs. No change to contract amount or duration (201733328). 18-0392 * Approves a purchase order with EP Blazer LLC, doing Resolution business as John Elway Chevrolet, for $676,728 for 18 Chevrolet Tahoe PPV sport utility vehicles for the Denver Police Department (PO-00037688). 18-0395 * Vacates the alley bounded by West Conejos Place, West Bill Colfax Avenue, North Lowell Boulevard, and North King Street with a three-foot partial easement reservation in Council District 3. 18-0400 * Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the Urban Bill Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD) by adding $300,000 for a new total of $6,770,000 for the final design, right of way acquisition, and construction of drainage and flood control improvements as part of the First Creek Restoration project to construct a new bike path along First Creek at 56th Avenue in Council District 11 (201103771). Technology Services Todd Matthews, Julie Sutton & Julie Martinez 18-0389 * Adds $2 million to a contract with CenturyLink, LLC for a Resolution new total of $22 million for additional telephone services to to reduce City cost and increase the resiliency of the City’s telephone systems (TECHS-CE90535-04). Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, May 1, 2018 Page 5 18-0399 * Approves a $1,069,950.66 purchase order with Optiv Resolution Security, Inc. for a web content filtering system that protects users from malicious websites and provides a secure gateway to the Internet (PO-00037018). 18-0403 * Adds five years through 4-1-23 to an intergovernmental Bill agreement with Denver Public Schools and authorizing use of Public, Education and Government funds to support an educational access TV station and to purchase video and audio capital equipment necessary for production content and hands-on experience (TECHS - 201309953-01).
