Finance Devron McMillin & Lisa Lumley 18-0707 * Approves a five-year up to $8,638,566 expenditure for a Resolution Rolling Owner Controlled Insurance Program covering all construction contractors working on the National Western Center redevelopment project and procured through the City’s existing insurance broker Arthur J. Human Services Vincent Rivera & Tami Tapia 18-0709 * Accepts $619,124 in Community Services Block Grant Resolution funds via Option Letter #2 award for a new total of $887,370 to assist individuals and families living at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Level with workforce training, life skills training, and other assistance, citywide (SOCSV-2018-39870-02). 18-0710 * Approves a one-year $811,222 grant agreement with the Resolution U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to accept a Continuum of Care grant award to provide tenant, sponsor, and project-based rental assistance to chronically and episodically homeless individuals (SOCSV 2018-42899). 18-0718 * Adds one year and $429,184 to a contract with Mental Resolution Health Center of Denver for a new total of $1,307,060 through 12-31-18, to provide housing, assessments and re-assessments, referrals, and treatment services including outreach in partnership with Denver Human Services and the Office of Behavioral Health Strategies (SOCSV2016-29249-02). 18-0719 * Adds one year and $1 million to a contract with Mental Resolution Health Center of Denver to co-manage the Denver Co-Responder program with the Denver Police Department and other city criminal justice agencies to improve outcomes, streamline services, and create system efficiencies for persons with behavioral health issues who engage with law enforcement, corrections, and emergency responders (SOCSV 2018-40228). Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, July 10, 2018 Page 3 Office of Human Resources Nicole De Gioia-Keane 18-0706 * Creates new classifications of IT Asset Management Bill Analyst Associate, IT Asset Management Analyst Senior, IT Web Administrator, IT Middleware Engineer Associate, IT Middleware Engineer Senior, IT Database Developer Associate, IT Database Developer Senior, IT Enterprise Architect Associate, and IT Enterprise Architect Senior; and, changes the title of Webmaster to IT Web Administrator Senior. Public Works Sarah Stanek 18-0703 * Amends a contract with Zonar Systems, Inc. by adding Resolution $500,000 for a new total of $2,084,527.62 and one year for a new end date of 9-30-19 for GPS enabled technology used to reduce fuel consumption, lower emissions, improve routing and other services for Public Works vehicles, citywide (201312449). 18-0708 * Amends a contract with Lytx, Inc. by adding $250,000 for Resolution a new total of $1,037,718.14 and one year for a new end date of 3-31-19 for technology-based fleet services to assist with fuel cost savings, reduced idling, and risk-related mitigations for the City’s Public Works Fleet Management vehicles, citywide (201209229). 18-0716 * Relinquishes a portion of the easements conveyed in the Bill Permanent Easement document recorded with Reception No. 2015026592 located at South Broadway from Arizona Avenue to Kentucky Avenue in Council District 7.
