DEPARTMENTAL MATTERS IN THE REGULAR COURSE OF BUSINESS: Mayor's Office Barry Burch 18-1544 * Approves the Mayoral reappointments of Pilar Castro-Reino Resolution and Jennifer Gueddiche to the Denver Immigrant & Refugee Commission for terms effective immediately and expiring 12-31-20, or until a successor is duly appointed. 18-1545 * Approves the Mayoral reappointments of Abencio Rael and Resolution Claudia Duran to the Denver Latino Commission for terms effective immediately and expiring 1-1-21, or until a successor is duly appointed. 18-1546 * Approves the following Mayoral reappointments and Resolution appointments to the Mayor’s Housing Advisory Committee: the reappointments of Bill Pruter and Carl Patton Jr. for terms expiring 12-31-20; and the appointments of Jennie Rodgers and Nell Washington to the for terms effective immediately and expiring 12-31-19 and 12-31-20, respectively, or until a successor is duly appointed. Department of Public Health and Environment Terra Haseman Swazer 18-1536 * Approves an intergovernmental agreement with University Bill of Colorado Hospital for $1,132,343 and for one year for outpatient ambulatory care, mental health services, early intervention services, substance abuse treatment, and early intervention services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS, citywide (ENVHL - 201843491 - 00). Office of Economic Development Susan Liehe 18-1528 * Amends a contract with Northeast Denver Housing Center Resolution by adding $102,500 for a new total of $982,500 and two months for a new end date of 2-28-19 to deliver the city’s Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, January 8, 2019 Page 2 Temporary Rent/Utility Assistance (TRUA) program to help prevent displacement by assisting low- and moderate-income residents experiencing a housing crisis to maintain stability while obtaining alternative housing by providing rental assistance, utility assistance and other services, citywide (201737266). 18-1529 * Amends a contract with Brothers Redevelopment Inc. by Resolution adding $22,500 for a new total of $1,007,500 and two months for a new end date of 2-28-19 to deliver the city’s Temporary Rent/Utility Assistance (TRUA) program to help prevent displacement by assisting low- and moderate-income residents experiencing a housing crisis to maintain stability while obtaining alternative housing by providing rental assistance, utility assistance and other services, citywide (201737244). Public Works Jason Gallardo 18-1534 * Vacates a portion of the right of way at approximately Bill 3770 Walnut Street, without reservations, in Council District 9. 18-1535 * Dedicates a parcel of land as public right of way as South Resolution Delaware Street and public alley, located near the intersection of South Delaware Street and West Harvard Avenue in Council District 7.
