DEPARTMENTAL MATTERS IN THE REGULAR COURSE OF BUSINESS: Mayor's Office Romaine Pacheco 19-0013 * Approves the Mayoral reappointments of Maurice Bennett Resolution and Mark Berzins to the Fax-Mayfair Business Improvement District Board of Directors for terms effective immediately and expiring 12-31-21, or until a successor is duly appointed. Arts & Venues Tad Bowman 19-0012 * Amends a contract with Aramark Management Services Resolution Limited Partnership by reducing the performance bond amount to $100,000, specifying that the tiers for the changes in markup rates shall be applied on an annual basis, and establishing the minority and woman-owned business enterprise requirements for facility and janitorial services in various city venues, including the Denver Performing Arts Complex, the Denver Coliseum, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Community Planning and Development Scott Robinson, Kara Hahn & Jenny Buddenborg 18-1484 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property Bill from I-A UO-2 to C-RX-8, located at 4201 Delaware Street in Council District 9. 18-1539 Approves an individual Denver landmark designation for Bill property located at 5001 Packing House Road in Council District 9. 18-1540 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property Bill from I-A UO-2 to C-MX-8, located at 4055 Elati Street in Council District 9. Denver International Airport Angela Casias 19-0022 * Amends a lease agreement with United Airlines Inc. by Resolution adding $150,000 for a new total of $450,000 and three years for a new end date of 12-31-21 to lease space within the Concourse B Ramp Tower for ramp control operations at Denver International Airport (201311198-02). 19-0023 * Amends a contract with Passur Aerospace Inc. by adding Resolution $300,000 for a new total of $1,438,000 and three years for a new end date of 12-31-21 for a continued subscription to Passur Proactive Billing and Pulse Audit system software for auditing, validating, and invoicing airline landing fees at Denver International Airport (CE 73026-04). Office of Economic Development Susan Liehe 19-0016 * Approves a contract with Colorado Health Network Inc. for Resolution $1,414,306 and for one year for tenant based rental assistance, short term rent, mortgage and utility assistance, permanent housing placement and other supportive services for low-income people living with HIV/AIDS who need assistance with maintaining long-term, stable, permanent housing, citywide (OEDEV-201846917-00). 19-0017 * Approves a contract with the Colorado Coalition for the Resolution Homeless for $566,000 and for one year for rental assistance and support services including employment assistance, disability benefits, mental health services and substance treatment for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless, citywide (OEDEV-201846924-00). 19-0018 * Approves a contract with Brothers Redevelopment Inc. for Resolution $1,000,000 and for one year to administer the city’s Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, January 22, 2019 Page 3 Temporary Rent/Utility Assistance (TRUA) program to help prevent displacement by assisting low- and moderate-income residents experiencing a housing crisis to maintain stability while obtaining alternative housing by providing rental assistance, utility assistance and other services, citywide (OEDEV-201846944-00). 19-0019 * Approves a contract with Northeast Denver Housing Center Resolution for $1,000,000 and for one year to administer the city’s Temporary Rent/Utility Assistance (TRUA) program to help prevent displacement by assisting low- and moderate-income residents experiencing a housing crisis to maintain stability while obtaining alternative housing by providing rental assistance, utility assistance and other services, citywide (OEDEV-201846925-00). Office of Human Resources Blair Malloy 19-0015 * Approves the following changes to the Classification and Bill Pay Plan: changing the paygrade of 911 Emergency Communication Supervisor from N-809 to N-11, changing the pay grade of Golf Course Operator from J-619 to J-808, creating a new classification of Legislative Policy Analyst Senior at pay grade A-814, creating a new classification of Parking Meter Technician at pay grade J-616, creating a new classification of Mammography Technologist Lead at pay grade O-622, adjusting the pay grades of County Court Marshal from N-619 to N-621 and the County Court Marshal Supervisor from N-809 to N-810, and by creating a new classification of Maintenance Planner at paygrade A-808. Public Works Jason Gallardo 19-0010 * Approves a contract with SEMA Construction Inc. for Resolution $1,115,073 and for 130 days for bridge rehabilitation of the Park Avenue Viaduct, including bearing replacement, substructure repair and erosion control, located at the intersection of Park Avenue, Delgany Street, and Wewatta Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, January 22, 2019 Page 4 Street in Council District 9 (201845744). 19-0011 * Approves a subdivision plat for Denver Gateway Center Resolution Filing No. 4, located near 60th Avenue between Tower Road and Argonne Street in Council District 11. 19-0014 * Dedicates city-owned land as East 51st Avenue, located Resolution near the intersection of East 51st Avenue and North Washington Street in Council District 9. 19-0020 * Relinquishes the easement, in its entirety, established in Bill the Permanent Underground Detention/Water Quality Vault With Outlet Pipe Easement and Indemnity Agreement document with Recordation No. 2006176885, located at 18th Street and Market Street in Council District 9.
