Community Planning and Development Courtney Levingston 19-0127 Approves an official map amendment to rezone property Bill from I-A UO-2 and I-A to I-MX-3, located at 2535 E. 40th Avenue in Council District 9. Denver Public Library Melissa Bordwine 19-0150 * Approves a contract with Westover Corporation for Resolution $600,000 and for five years for support, software updates, and equipment maintenance for the access control systems and closed-circuit television (CCTV) equipment located at various Denver Public Library locations, citywide (201845898). District Attorney Linda Ferry 19-0147 * Approves a grant agreement with the Colorado Division of Resolution Criminal Justice for $750,000 and through 9-30-19 to fund the citywide Crime Victim Compensation Program to assist victims of crime with specific monetary costs resulting Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, March 5, 2019 Page 2 from the crime, citywide (DATTY-201947970-00).
