19-0522 * Approves a contract with Ambient Energy, Inc. for
Resolution $600,000 and for three years with two additional one-year
options to extend, for on-call professional services for
sustainability and utilities projects, including the
identification and development of energy and water

opportunities and strategies to implement the Energy

Resolution Management, LLC for $20,000,000 and for five years to
provide the city with various telecommunication services
including voice, video, wi-fi, and internet site to site
connectivity, access to the internet to be used by some of
the city’s major applications, service to help protect the
city from unauthorized access, and the ability to make and
receive phone calls over the internet, citywide (TECHS -
