Denver Economic Development and Opportunity Susan Liehe 20-1139 * Amends a contract with OraLabs, Inc. by adding $750,000 Resolution for a new total of $2,240,000 of federal coronavirus relief funds to administer Denver's personal protective equipment (PPE) program to support the ongoing recovery and survival of the city's smallest and most vulnerable businesses and nonprofits by helping ensure the safety of their employees, volunteers, and customers, citywide. Department of Housing Stability Derek Woodbury 20-1144 Approves a contract with Colorado Coalition for the Resolution Homeless for $4,500,000 and through 12-31-21 to coordinate a rehousing collaborative in order to provide rehousing services, including short-term bridge shelter, rehousing rental assistance, and supportive services, citywide (GENRL-202055793). 20-1145 * Amends a contract with The Denver Rescue Mission by Resolution adding $1,974,318 for a new total of $2,471,680 and five months for a new end date of 12-31-20 to provide staffing support for expanded shelters for people experiencing homelessness in response to the COVID-19 public health crisis (HOST 202054655; HOST-202055655-01). Excise and Licenses Molly Duplechian 20-1140 Amends a contract with Amelie Company by adding Resolution $50,000 for a new total of $2,950,000 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-21 to facilitate the Youth Marijuana Education and Prevention Campaign through strategic planning, creative development, media planning and placement, and implementation, citywide (EXCIS-201731482-01). Finance Kiki Turner 20-1146 * Amends a grant agreement with the State of Colorado by Resolution adding $11,752,953 of State funds for a new total of $50,362,626.86 and adding community testing expenses to the scope of service for the Public Assistance COVID-19 Grant Program. Human Rights and Community Partnerships Aisha Rousseau 20-1125 * Amends a contract with LCM Architects, LLC by changing Resolution the scope to allow for an increased service spend amount for 2020 from $240,000 to $260,000 for consulting services for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance citywide. Parks and Recreation Jesus Orrantia 20-1142 * Amends a non-financial agreement with the Stapleton Resolution Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, October 27, 2020 Page 4 Foundation for Sustainable Urban Communities by adding one year for a new end date of 12-31-21 to provide fitness and nutrition classes at the Martin Luther King Jr. recreation center in Council District 8 (201735011; 202056137). 20-1143 * Approves an intergovernmental agreement with Board of Bill Water Commissioners (Denver Water) to perpetually lease non-potable ground water from the Arapahoe aquifer to fill Harvey Park Lake and to serve as a back-up irrigation water source in Council District 2 (202054826). Safety Patrick Hedrick 20-1129 * Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the State of Bill Colorado Division of Youth Corrections by amending the amount of funding that comes from Youth Detention Continuum (YDC) and Marijuana Tax Revenue (MTR) by increasing MTR funding by $116,734 and decreasing the allocation from YDC by the same amount to perform detention screening and pre-trial release services for the 2nd Judicial District Senate Bill 94 Program - a statewide initiative that appropriates funds to reduce the length of time a juvenile is held in detention or a commitment facility.
