Denver International Airport Kenton Janzen & Angela Casias 20-1434 * Approves a master purchase order with Garage Door Resolution Specialties, Inc., doing business as Door Specialties, for $1,000,000 and for two years, with three one-year options to extend, for the purchase of automatic and overhead doors and parts at Denver International Airport (SC-00005408). 20-1439 * Approves a contract with Daktronics for $1,957,056 and Resolution for one year to provide dynamic signage as part of phase one completion of the Great Hall Project at Denver International Airport (202056153). 20-1440 * Approves a license agreement with AT&T Corporation for Resolution $21,120 in revenue and for five years for the inspection, maintenance, alteration, repair, replacement, operation and/or removal of one fiber optic cable communications Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, December 15, 2020 Page 2 system located next to Tower Road between the 72nd and 80th Avenues on Denver International Airport property (PLANE - 202055234). Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Jason Gallardo 20-0950 * Relinquishes a portion of the sanitary easement, Bill established by Recordation No. 2019060312, located at Green Valley Ranch Boulevard and North Telluride Street in Council District 11. Finance Kiki Turner, Alyson Gawlikowski & Nicole Culpepper 20-1426 Amends a contract with JPMorgan Chase Bank, Merchant Resolution Services by adding $30,000,000 for a new total of $80,000,000 and two years for a new end date of 12-31-22, adding gateway services to the contract and maintaining the City’s credit card processing services (FINAN-202055923). 20-1427 Amends a contract with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. by Resolution adding two years for a new end date of 12-31-22 to maintain the City’s banking services. No change to contract amount (FINAN-202055953). 20-1436 Approves the annual City Property Tax Mill Levy for the Resolution year 2020 to be collected in 2021 for purposes authorized by law. 20-1437 Approves the annual tax levy upon all taxable property Resolution within the City for the year 2020 for purposes authorized by law for School District No. 1. 20-1438 Approves the annual tax levy upon all taxable property Resolution within special districts within the City for the year 2020 for purposes authorized by law for special districts. Human Services Rachel Flank Goldberg 20-1441 * Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Denver Bill Health and Hospital Authority by adding $479,032 for a Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, December 15, 2020 Page 3 new total of $2,212,757 and six months for a new end date of 6-30-21 for child abuse and neglect medical evaluations, consultation services, medical passport services and nursing health assessment triage and training (SOCSV-2018-44199-02; SOCV-202056783-02). National Western Center Jenna Espinoza 20-1451 * Amends a contract with Wilson and Company by adding Resolution one year for a new end date of 12-31-21 to align the contract date with the completion of work on the rail consolidation at the National Western Center in Council District 9. No change to contract amount (201840631). Office of Human Resources Chris O’Brien 20-1443 * Approves an intergovernmental agreement with the Bill Regional Transportation District (RTD) for $2,095,332 and for one year to offer the RTD ECOPASS transportation program to eligible employees for 2021 (CSAHR-202055888). Parks and Recreation Jesus Orrantia 20-1445 Approves the park designation of a parcel of land as Bill Cherry Creek Trail located along Cherry Creek South Drive, containing 18.9 acres, in Council District 6. 20-1446 Approves the designation of a parcel of land within City Bill Park located along East 26th Avenue Parkway between York Street and Colorado Boulevard as part of City Park Golf Course, containing 49.7 acres, in Council District 9. 20-1447 Approves the park designation of a parcel of land as part Bill of the newly constructed First Creek Park and a portion of the First Creek Trail located between Elmendorf Drive and Bahama Street, containing 6.2 acres, in Council District 11. 20-1448 Approves the park designation of a parcel of land as First Bill Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, December 15, 2020 Page 4 Creek Trail located between Tower Road and 56th Avenue, containing 13.8 acres, in Council District 11. 20-1449 Approves the park designation of a parcel of land as Bill Lakewood Gulch Trail located west of Martinez Park and west of Tennyson Street, containing 0.5 acres, in Council District 3. 20-1450 Approves the park designation of a parcel of land at Bill unnamed West Stanford Avenue and South Balsam Way Park, containing 10.1 acres, in Council District 2.
