waivers, B-2, B-2 with waivers, S-CC-3X, PUD 173, PUD

$1,000,000 and for two years, with three one-year options

20-1439 * Approves a contract with Daktronics for $1,957,056 and
Resolution for one year to provide dynamic signage as part of phase
one completion of the Great Hall Project at Denver
International Airport (202056153).
20-1440 * Approves a license agreement with AT&T Corporation for
Resolution $21,120 in revenue and for five years for the inspection,
maintenance, alteration, repair, replacement, operation
and/or removal of one fiber optic cable communications

20-1426 Amends a contract with JPMorgan Chase Bank, Merchant
Resolution Services by adding $30,000,000 for a new total of
$80,000,000 and two years for a new end date of
12-31-22, adding gateway services to the contract and
maintaining the City’s credit card processing services
(FINAN-202055923).
20-1427 Amends a contract with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. by
Resolution adding two years for a new end date of 12-31-22 to
maintain the City’s banking services. No change to contract
amount (FINAN-202055953).
20-1436 Approves the annual City Property Tax Mill Levy for the
Resolution year 2020 to be collected in 2021 for purposes authorized
by law.
20-1437 Approves the annual tax levy upon all taxable property
Resolution within the City for the year 2020 for purposes authorized
by law for School District No. 1.
20-1438 Approves the annual tax levy upon all taxable property
Resolution within special districts within the City for the year 2020 for
purposes authorized by law for special districts.

Bill Regional Transportation District (RTD) for $2,095,332 and
