Community Planning and Development Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, December 29, 2020 Page 2 Andrew Webb 20-0888 Approves Denver Zoning Code Text Amendment #8 to Bill update the way the code regulates households, consolidate residential care uses into a single system regulated by size rather than by population served, and establish a new congregate living use category that allows for the evolution of residential uses that are not in conventional dwelling units. Also known as the “Group Living Text Amendment.” Denver International Airport Kenton Janzen 20-1544 * Approves a purchase order with Oracle America, Inc. for Resolution $753,660.90 for the purchase of Primavera and AutoVue software, licenses and cloud services for Denver International Airport (PO-00094048). Department of Housing Stability Nick Emenhiser 20-1555 * Amends a loan agreement with Atlantis Community Resolution Foundation by changing the collateral to a collateral assignment of the Deed of Trust to support construction of 84 affordable rental units at Atlantis II located at 420 West Cedar Avenue in Council District 7. No change to agreement amount or duration (HOST-202056902). Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Jason Gallardo 20-1550 * Dedicates a parcel of land as public right of way as South Resolution Federal Boulevard, located at the intersection of South Federal Boulevard and West Arkansas Avenue in Council District 7. Finance Rachel Bardin 20-1554 * Appropriates $2,500,000 for the 2021 program year of the Bill Community Development Block Grant based on its 5-year action plan and forecasted program income for 2021.
