DEPARTMENTAL MATTERS IN THE REGULAR COURSE OF BUSINESS: Denver International Airport Kenton Janzen 20-1569 * Approves a master purchase order with Hill Enterprises, Resolution Inc. for $50,000,000 and for one year, with four optional one-year renewals, for unleaded and diesel fuel, citywide (SC-00005487). District Attorney Karen McInnes 20-1562 * Approves a grant agreement with the Colorado Division of Resolution Criminal Justice for $746,691 and through 12-31-22 to support the Victim Advocate program, citywide (DATTY-202057295). Finance Lisa Lumley 20-1571 * Amends an occupancy agreement with MHF Denver Resolution Manager V LLC, as an agent for DHF Denver Operating V LLC, Doing business as Hampton Inn and Suites Denver-Downtown, by adding $1,776,515 for a new total of $4,599,225 and two months for a new end date of 2-28-21, with an option to extend up to an additional 4 months, to provide 151 rooms to people experiencing homelessness during the COVID-19 crisis, in Council District 10 (FINAN-202057182-02). 20-1572 * Amends an occupancy agreement with JBK Hotels, LLC, Resolution doing business as Aloft by adding $2,407,300 for a new total of $5,965,800 and two months for a new end date of 2-28-21, with an option to extend up to an additional 4 months, to provide 140 rooms to people experiencing Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, January 5, 2021 Page 2 homelessness during the COVID-19 crisis, in Council District 9 (FINAN-202057157-02). 20-1573 * Amends a food service agreement with JBK Hotels, LLC, Resolution doing business as Aloft, by adding $633,500 for a new total of $1,418,200 and two months for a new end date of 2-28-21, with an option to extend up to an additional 4 months, to provide food services to those people experiencing homelessness during the COVID 19 crisis staying at a hotel in Council District 9 (FINAN-202057167-02). 20-1574 * Amends a lease with Colorado Legal Services by adding Resolution $30 for a new total of $33 and three years for a new end date of 10-31-21 and relocating the tenant from the third floor to the first floor of the City and County Building due to upcoming construction projects (201843189-01; FINAN-202056476-01). General Services Elizabeth Hewes 20-1568 * Approves a master purchase order with Parella Printing Resolution Company, doing business as Pyramid Print & Graphics, for $900,000 and through 5-31-22, with an option to extend for one year, to provide printing services including business cards, various forms, and calendars (SC-00005484). Office of Human Resources John Hoffman & Greg Thress 20-1565 * Amends the Classification and Pay Plan by creating new Bill pay grades and ranges, creating the new classifications of Management Analyst Staff Hourly and Claims Adjuster Associate, and changing the titles and pay grades of various classifications. 20-1566 * Amends the Classification and Pay Plan by changing the Bill pay grades and ranges of the Internal Auditor classifications.
