20-1569 * Approves a master purchase order with Hill Enterprises,
Resolution Inc. for $50,000,000 and for one year, with four optional
one-year renewals, for unleaded and diesel fuel, citywide
(SC-00005487).

20-1562 * Approves a grant agreement with the Colorado Division of
Resolution Criminal Justice for $746,691 and through 12-31-22 to
support the Victim Advocate program, citywide
(DATTY-202057295).

20-1571 * Amends an occupancy agreement with MHF Denver
Resolution Manager V LLC, as an agent for DHF Denver Operating V
LLC, Doing business as Hampton Inn and Suites

2-28-21, with an option to extend up to an additional 4
months, to provide 151 rooms to people experiencing
homelessness during the COVID-19 crisis, in Council

20-1572 * Amends an occupancy agreement with JBK Hotels, LLC,
Resolution doing business as Aloft by adding $2,407,300 for a new
total of $5,965,800 and two months for a new end date of
2-28-21, with an option to extend up to an additional 4
months, to provide 140 rooms to people experiencing

20-1573 * Amends a food service agreement with JBK Hotels, LLC,
Resolution doing business as Aloft, by adding $633,500 for a new
total of $1,418,200 and two months for a new end date of
2-28-21, with an option to extend up to an additional 4
months, to provide food services to those people
experiencing homelessness during the COVID 19 crisis
staying at a hotel in Council District 9
(FINAN-202057167-02).
20-1574 * Amends a lease with Colorado Legal Services by adding
Resolution $30 for a new total of $33 and three years for a new end
date of 10-31-21 and relocating the tenant from the third
floor to the first floor of the City and County Building due
to upcoming construction projects (201843189-01;
FINAN-202056476-01).

Resolution Foundation for $539,000 and through 7-31-23 to fund the
Reaching Our Communities and Kids (ROCK) Project which
