DEPARTMENTAL MATTERS IN THE REGULAR COURSE OF BUSINESS: Children's Affairs Maxine Quintana 21-0403 * Amends a contract with Boys and Girls Clubs of Resolution Metropolitan Denver by adding $130,000 for a new total of $526,400 to add remote learning centers for comprehensive out-of-school time services to youth year-round at 7 sites in Denver in Council Districts 3, 7, 8, and 9. No change to contract duration (202157960). City Council Council President Stacie Gilmore 21-0420 Creates an ordinance establishing a system of licensing Bill and inspections of residential rental properties. Community Planning and Development Ella Stueve, Edson Ibañez, Scott Robinson & Jason Morrison 21-0404 Approves a map amendment to rezone property from B-1 Bill with Conditions to S-MX-3, located at 10353 East Mississippi Avenue in Council District 5. 21-0405 * Approves a map amendment to rezone property from Bill U-SU-A to U-SU-A1, located at 3133 North Raleigh Street in Council District 1. 21-0406 Approves a map amendment to rezone property from PUD Bill #74 to U-MS-2, located at 2101 and 2105 North Humboldt Street in Council District 9. 21-0407 Approves a map amendment to rezone property from Bill E-SU-D to E-TU-C, located at 990 King Street in Council District 3. Finance Emily Snyder 21-0279 Approves the rescission and appropriation of $1,000,000 Bill in capital improvement funds from Welton Parking Garage Improvements (2016) to fund various infrastructure improvements and supporting activities in northeast downtown neighborhoods in Council District 9.
