Community Planning and Development Francisca Penafiel Vial & Libby Kaiser 21-0851 * Approves a map amendment to rezone property from Bill U-SU-C to U-SU-B1, located at 3625 West 46th Avenue in Council District 1. 21-0855 Approves a map amendment to rezone property from Bill U-SU-C to U-SU-B1, located at 3645, 3655, 3665, 3675, 3685, 3701, 3739, 3745, 3801, 3811, and 3815 West 46th Avenue in Council District 1. Denver Economic Development and Opportunity Susan Liehe 21-0833 Amends Articles III, V, and VII of Chapter 28 of the Bill Denver Revised Municipal Code to modify business enterprise size standards used by the Division of Small Business Opportunity (DSBO) in the city’s certification process of small women- and minority-owned firms. 21-0852 * Revives and amends a contract with Colorado Nonprofit Resolution Development Center (CNDC) by reducing the contract amount by $900,023.27 for a new total of $3,849,976.73 and adding one year for a new end date of 12-31-21 to reflect the updated allocation of federal coronavirus relief funds for administering Denver's nonprofit relief and Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, August 10, 2021 Page 2 recovery grant program, citywide (OEDEV - 202158644). Denver International Airport Kenton Janzen & Carolina Flores 21-0845 * Approves a purchase order with M-B Co, Inc. for Resolution $895,403.79 for the one-time purchase of snow removal equipment as approved in the 2020 budget for Denver International Airport (PO-00102354). 21-0846 * Approves a purchase order with M-B Co, Inc. for Resolution $1,801,135.75 for the one-time purchase of snow removal equipment as approved in the 2019 budget for Denver International Airport (PO-00102353). 21-0861 * Amends a lease agreement with DAL Global Services, LLC Resolution for rates and charges by adding an additional 392 square feet of space for training and a break room to support their ground handling services at Denver International Airport. No change to agreement duration (202159017). Denver Public Library Melissa Bordwine 21-0850 * Amends a contract with Comcast Cable Communications Resolution Management, LLC by adding $37,800.36 for a new total of $2,005,200.36 to add internet services to the new Artpark Branch Library. No change to contract duration (BOOKS-202158485). Department of Housing Stability Elvis Rubio 21-0856 * Amends a contract with the Colorado Coalition for the Resolution Homeless by adding an outcome related to households served for administering the Denver Street Outreach Collaborative (DSOC) and Strategic Outreach to Large Encampments (SOLE) programs. Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Jason Gallardo Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, August 10, 2021 Page 3 21-0859 * Approves a contract with Silva Construction, Inc. for Resolution $3,222,752 and for 200 days for ADA ramp construction and repairs to concrete curb, gutters, sidewalks, concrete street panels and alley pavement, citywide (202158939). 21-0860 * Vacates two portions of right of way adjacent to 4245 Bill North Fox Street, one located along West 43rd Avenue and one located along West 42nd Avenue, without reservations in Council District 9. Finance Lisa Lumley, Brendan Hanlon & Laura Perry 21-0857 * Approves a lease agreement with Denver Indian Health and Resolution Family Services, Inc. for $9,272.70 and through 8-31-24 to lease 10 parking spaces on the lower level of the parking structure at the Castro Parking Garage located at 1200 Federal Boulevard in Council District 3 (FINAN-202159397). 21-0858 * Approves a temporary revocable license with the Housing Resolution Authority of the City and County of Denver (DHA) through 8-31-23 for the use of city-owned vacant lots located at 2597 and 2519 West 11th Avenue for parking and staging during construction related to DHA’s affordable housing project in Council District 3 (FINAN-202159474). 21-0864 Refers a question to the November 2021 ballot to allow the Bill City to issue general obligation bonds for the purpose of financing and/or refinancing the cost of repairs and improvements to the Denver facilities system. 21-0865 Refers a question to the November 2021 ballot to allow the Bill City to issue general obligation bonds for the purpose of financing and/or refinancing the cost of repairs and improvements to the Denver housing and sheltering system. 21-0866 Refers a question to the November 2021 ballot to allow the Bill City to issue general obligation bonds for the purpose of financing and/or refinancing the cost of repairs and improvements to the Denver transportation and mobility Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, August 10, 2021 Page 4 system. 21-0867 Refers a question to the November 2021 ballot to allow the Bill City to issue general obligation bonds for the purpose of financing and/or refinancing the cost of repairs and improvements to the Denver parks and recreation system. 21-0868 Approves a companion ordinance designating the projects Bill to be undertaken and funded with the proceeds of any general obligations bonds authorized by voters at the November 2021 election.
