Denver International Airport Leann Rush & Carolina Flores 22-0282 * Amends a master purchase order with Best Products and Resolution Solutions, LLC to add $1,550,000 for a new contract total Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, March 22, 2022 Page 2 of $2,000,000 for Genetec software licenses, support, and training to increase camera licensing procurement due to the Concourse Expansion program and Great Hall project at Denver International Airport in Council District 11. No change to contract duration (SC-00005652). 22-0283 * Amends a use and lease agreement with British Airways to Resolution exchange square footage on Concourse A to support need for an operations support space with heating and air conditioning at Denver International Airport in Council District 11. No change to contract rate or duration (202161471/02055442). 22-0288 * Approves a purchase order with M-B Company, Inc. for Resolution $6,137,356.32 for the one-time purchase of 7 pieces of snow removal equipment at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (PO-00111465). Department of Housing Stability Jack Wylie 22-0294 * Amends a contract with Denver Urban Renewal Authority Resolution by adding $350,000 for a new contract total of $675,000 and 1 year for a new end date of 12-31-2022 to continue to operate the Rental/Homeowner Access & Modification Program (RHAMP) (HOST-202161588-01). Department of Public Health and Environment Will Fenton 22-0285 * Amends a contract with Colorado Non-profit Development Resolution Center, doing business as Harm Reduction Action Center, by adding $239,376 for a new contract total of $957,575 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-2022 for syringe access services at 112 E. 8th Avenue in Council District 10 and available to all residents, citywide (ENVHL-202262121). Finance Kiki Turner 22-0290 Authorizes the issuance of City and County of Denver Bill General Obligation Bonds, Series 2022A-C in a principal Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, March 22, 2022 Page 3 amount not to exceed $366.4 million for the purpose of funding projects approved by Denver voters in the November 2017 Elevate Bond Program and the November 2021 RISE Denver Bond Program, and to pay associated costs of issuance. 22-0291 Amends the 2017 Elevate Denver Bond companion Bill ordinance, approved as CB17-0819, to revise project names and/or descriptions to more accurately reflect the projects to be undertaken and provides other administrative revisions. 22-0293 * Approves the execution and recordation of a Quit Claim Bill Deed conveying title to approximately 150 square feet of real property to SID, LLC, in connection with a certain project development dedication located at 2942-2944 Welton Street in Council District 9. Police Laura Wachter 22-0292 * Approves a contract with Mental Health Center of Denver Resolution for $1,751,080 and through 5-31-2022 to provide 24/7 coverage for the Denver Police Department Co-responder program in areas of highest need, as funded by a grant from Caring for Denver (POLIC-202262299).
