Denver International Airport Carolina Flores 22-0413 * Approves a contract with Flatiron Constructors, Inc. for Resolution $31,957,684.80 and for 114 days to remove and replace the deteriorated concrete pavement and upgrade the airfield lighting system of Runway 16R-34L complex at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (202161286). Department of Housing Stability Jack Wylie 22-0420 * Amends a contract with Volunteers of America (VOA) Resolution Colorado Branch by adding $73,000 for a new total of $3,358,000 to add a respite care case manager and respite care services for respite clients at the VOA Family Motel. No change to contract duration (202262509-01). Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Joe Furman & Jason Gallardo 22-0414 * Amends a Master Purchase Order with Commsignia, Inc. to Resolution add $790,000 for a new total of $1,215,000 to include additional locations for connected vehicle equipment Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, April 26, 2022 Page 2 associated with the Advanced Transportation and Congestion Management Technologies Deployment (ATCMTD) Program, specifically, On-Board Units and Roadside Units, citywide. (SC-00005877). 22-0418 * Relinquishes the drainage, water, and sewage easement, in Bill its entirety, as established in the non-exclusive and perpetual easement in Recordation No. 2001204996, located at 3701 York Street in Council District 9. 22-0419 * Approves a contract with Keene Concrete, Inc. for Resolution $2,550,847 and for 200 days for citywide ADA ramp and concrete repair (202161629). Finance Emily Snyder 22-0417 * Approves a contract with Ernst and Young Infrastructure Resolution Advisors for $1,200,000 and through 3-31-2025 to serve as the city’s financial advisor on complex infrastructure projects citywide (FINAN-202262220). Human Services Vincent Rivera 22-0415 * Amends a contract with HopSkipDrive, Inc. by adding Resolution $252,000 for a new total of $863,000 and one year for a new end date of 6-30-23 to provide door to door transportation services for children/youth ensuring Denver Human Services clients receive services in a safe environment, citywide (SOCSV-201845500-05; SOCSV-202262554-05). Office of Emergency Management Tony Diaz 22-0416 * Approves a grant agreement with the Colorado Department Resolution of Homeland Security and Emergency Management for $3.12 million and through 8-31-24 to initiate the FY21 Urban Area Security Initiative Planning Grant (UASI) program and funding for the North Central Region (MOOEM-202262653).
