Community Planning and Development Fran Peñafiel & Andrew Webb 22-1089 Approves a map amendment to rezone property from PUD Bill 194 & PUD 369 to G-MU-3 UO-3 with a waiver, located at 2147 & 2151 Tremont Place in Council District 9. 22-1101 Approves a legislative map amendment to rezone multiple Bill properties from U-SU-A, U-SU-B and U-SU-C to U-SU-A1, U-SU-B1 and U-SU-C1 (allow for accessory dwelling units) in the West Highland neighborhood in Council District 1. Denver International Airport Tim Marquez & Carolina Flores 22-1091 * Approves a purchase order with OJ Watson Company, Inc. Resolution for $1,628,775 for an add-on part for each of the five newly purchased trucks, including but not limited to hoppers, plows, light bars or tanks for use at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (PO-00119508). 22-1092 * Amends a contract with L3Harris Technologies, Inc. by Resolution adding $399,504 for a new total of $1,477,684 and two years for a new end date of 12-31-2024 for continued aircraft noise monitoring software and NextGen radar data at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (201629366/ 202263851). 22-1094 * Approves an on-call contract with Metrix Advisors, LLC for Resolution $5,000,000 and 3 years, plus two 1-year options to extend, to provide personnel to perform quality assurance inspections on airport roadway and airfield projects at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (202161310). Resolution for $30,000,000 and 3 years, plus two 1-year options to extend, to provide personnel to perform quality assurance inspections on airport roadway and airfield projects at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (202161311). 22-1096 * Approves a contract with TransCore, L.P. for $1,058,000 Resolution and one year, plus one 1-year option to extend, to provide ongoing maintenance and professional services for the proprietary Automated Vehicle Identification (AVI) revenue control system and Gatekeeper software for commercial vehicles at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (202262949). Department of Housing Stability Derek Woodbury and Sabrina Allie 22-1097 Approves a funding agreement with Park Avenue Housing Resolution Corporation for $5,000,000 in America Rescue Plan Act funds and through 12-31-2023, with a 60-year covenant for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless to finance the acquisition of 103 units of non-congregate shelter and convert the units to supportive housing within four years, located at the Park Avenue Inn at 3500 Park Avenue West in Council District 9 (HOST-202264362). Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Jason Gallardo 22-1081 * Vacates a portion of West 29th Avenue right-of-way, Bill located at the corner of West 20th Avenue and Chestnut Place, without reservations, in Council District 9. 22-1082 * Dedicates two parcels of land as 1) South Delaware Street, Resolution located near the intersection of South Delaware Street and West Vassar Avenue and 2) public alley, bounded by South Delaware Street, West Yale Avenue, South Cherokee Street, and West Vassar Avenue in Council District 7. 22-1083 * Dedicates three parcels of land as 1) South Pearl Street, Resolution located at the intersection of South Pearl Street and East Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, September 20, 2022 Page 4 Colorado Avenue, 2) public alley, bounded by South Pearl Street, East Jewell Avenue, South Washington Street, and East Colorado Avenue, and 3) South Pearl Street, located at the intersection of South Pearl Street, and East Colorado Avenue in Council District 7. 22-1084 * Amends a contract with Gerald H. Phipps, Inc. by adding Resolution $8,275,993 for a new total of $53,275,993 to continue providing Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) services for renovation of the Denver Public Library Central Library as part of the Elevate Denver Bond program, in Council District 10. No change to contract duration. (DOTI-202053365-01/ 202264251-01). 22-1085 * Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the Urban Bill Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD), doing business as Mile High Flood District, by adding $2,500,000 of UDFCD funds and $2,500,000 of City funds for a new total of $13,400,000 and 3 years for a new end date of 12-31-2025 for final design and construction of drainage and flood control improvements in Weir Gulch from the South Platte River to 8th Avenue in Council District 3 (202055100-02_202264277-02). 22-1086 * Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the Urban Bill Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD), doing business as Mile High Flood District, by adding $500,000 in City funds, $2,850,000 in UDFCD funds, and $191,919.38 in funds transferred from completed City/UDFCD projects for a total additional amount of $3,541,919.38 and a new contract total of $3,941,919.38 to design and construct drainage and flood control improvements for Sanderson Gulch from Florida Avenue to Arkansas Avenue in Council District 2. No change to contract duration (202159502-01/ 202264608-01). 22-1100 * Amends a zero-dollar purchase agreement with Hardline Resolution Equipment, LLC to update part specifications for the twenty-five (25) Dennis Eagle cab and chassis for trash and compost trucks to support DOTI operations citywide. (DOTI-202264553-01/202262301-01). 22-1104 * Approves a subdivision plat for Sun Valley Homes Third Resolution Filing, located between West 9th Avenue and West 11th Avenue and North Decatur Street and the South Platte River in Council District 3. Fire Chief Fulton 22-1088 * Approves a grant agreement with the Federal Emergency Resolution Management Agency (FEMA) for $864,550 and through 8-29-2024 for the Assistance to Firefighters Grant to purchase hydraulic equipment typically used to extricate people trapped in damaged vehicles, citywide (FIRES-202264670). Sheriff Dr. Nikki Johnson 22-1087 * Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Denver Bill Health & Hospital Authority (DHHA) by adding $290,958.46 for a new total of $545,817.46 and one year for a new end date of 6-30-2023 for DHHA to provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs for individuals with substance use disorders who are in a Denver jail, citywide (SHERF-202057071/ SHERF-202263822-01).
