DEPARTMENTAL MATTERS IN THE REGULAR COURSE OF BUSINESS: Mayor's Office Romaine Pacheco 22-1264 * Approves the Mayoral reappointments of Tiaja Karenina Resolution Pierre, Pedro Mendez, Megan Bock and Kathryn Newell to the Denver Head Start Policy Council for terms effective immediately and expiring 7-20-2023, or until successors are duly appointed. Arts & Venues Andrew Lindley 22-1266 * Approves a sponsorship agreement with Molson Coors Resolution Beverage Company USA, LLC for $1,500,000 and 3 years through 12-31-2024, for exclusive marketing, advertising and retail sale rights in the beer and malt beverage category at all Denver Arts and Venues facilities (THTRS-202161084). Community Planning and Development Megan Rohrer 22-1268 * Amends a contract with A Hole in the Wall Construction, Resolution doing business as AHW Construction, to add $500,000 for a new contract total of $950,000 for emergency fencing and building board-up services for use by Community Planning Development and the Department of Safety, as required to protect public safety, citywide. No change to contract duration (CPLAN-202159889/ CPLAN-202264579-01). Denver International Airport Carolina Flores 22-1093 Amends a contract with ECCL 4:12, doing business as Resolution NextGen Parking, LLC, by adding $9,670,000 for a new total of $10,112,000 and one year for a new end date of Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, October 18, 2022 Page 2 8-31-2024 to continue providing the Parking Revenue Control System to support customer parking at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (202157406/ 202264622). 22-1278 * Approves an intergovernmental agreement with Aviation Bill Station North Metropolitan District No. 1 for $535,301 and through 12-31-2023 for Denver International Airport’s designated portion of infrastructure design and construction costs for Panasonic Way, partially located within Denver International Airport boundaries in Council District 11 (202264250). 22-1279 * Amends a ground lease with Avis Budget Car Rental, LLC Resolution to add $92,099,880 for a new contract total of $109,740,251 and 5 years for a new end date of 12-31-2027, to terminate the Rental Car Concession Agreement, reflect Payless being under the Avis Budget car rental brand, and move relevant clauses into this lease to consolidate all terms under one agreement, for rental car facilities at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (201314182/ 202159846). 22-1280 * Approves an on-call contract with Ground Engineering Resolution Consultants, Inc. for $15,000,000 and 3 years, plus 2, one-year options to extend, to provide quality assurance materials laboratory testing services for airport roadway and airfield projects at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (202262169). Denver Economic Development and Opportunity Michael Bevis 22-1271 Approves a contract with New Community Transformation Resolution Fund - Denver for $15,187,405 funded by 1% of Denver’s retail special cannabis sales tax and through 7-30-2025, with two one-year options to extend, to provide technical and capital support to qualifying small business entrepreneurs, citywide (202264977). No change to lease duration (FINAN-202264817-02). 22-1270 Approves an agreement with Globeville Redevelopment Resolution Partners, LLC for $50,100 and through 12-31-2024, to allow the proposed developer to conduct due diligence and feasibility of building affordable housing with community commercial space, with an option for a ground lease at 4995 Washington Street in Council District 9 (FINAN-202264574). 22-1282 * Appropriates $662,400 based on a letter of intent to fund Bill the Community Services Block Grant program for program year 2023. 22-1283 * Approves a rescission from the General Fund to make a Bill cash transfer to the Public Art Capital Program, authorizes cash transfers from the General Government Special Revenue Fund and Public Health Special Revenue Fund to the Public Art Capital Program Fund, and approves appropriations in the Public Art Capital Fund. 22-1284 * Establishes the “Opioid Abatement Fund” in the General Bill Government Fund series to collect revenue received in relation to Opioid Abatement settlements that the City receives on behalf of the Denver Opioid Abatement Council (DOAC). General Services Nicol Suddreth & Scott Harris 22-1265 Approves a contract with Telelanguage, Inc. for $850,000 Resolution and 3 years, plus 2 one-year options to extend, to provide phone and video remote interpretation services citywide, Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, October 18, 2022 Page 6 not including Denver International Airport (GENRL-202264526-00). 22-1277 * Approves a master purchase order with Envirotech Resolution Services, Inc. for $25,000,000 and through 9-30-2023, with four 1-year options to extend, for liquid and solid deicing materials for City use citywide, including Denver International Airport (SC-00007237). Parks and Recreation Jesús Orrantia 22-1272 Amends Chapter 39 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code Bill regarding certain Denver Botanic Garden rental and admission fees. 22-1273 Amends Chapter 39 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code Bill regarding certain Denver Zoological Foundation rental and admission fees. Safety Laura Wachter 22-1276 * Amends Chapter 18 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code Bill establishing salaries and benefits for command staff in the Denver Sheriff Department for 2023 in accordance with the amended collective bargaining agreement. Technology Services Joe Saporito 22-1267 * Amends a contract with Advoco, LLC to change the Resolution suppliers name to Accenture, LLP due to an acquisition.
