Department of Public Health and Environment Will Fenton, Dani Peters & Robert George 22-1136 Approves a contract with La Raza Services, Inc., doing Resolution business as Servicios de La Raza, for $2,300,000 and through 10-31-2023 to add a ‘Community Engagement Network’ component to the Support Team Assisted Response (STAR) program, citywide. (ENVHL-202264337). 22-1297 * Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Denver Bill Health and Hospital Authority (DHHA) by adding $752,563 for a new total of $2,225,357 for DHHA to provide care, treatment, and supportive services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the Denver Transitional Grant Area, citywide. No change to agreement duration (202159168-00/ 202264493-03). 22-1298 * Amends an intergovernmental agreement with University Bill of Colorado Hospital Authority (UCHA) by adding $760,757 for a new total of $2,186,071 for UCHA to provide medical case management, mental health, substance abuse outpatient care, outpatient/ambulatory health and early intervention services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the Denver Transitional Grant Area, citywide. Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, October 25, 2022 Page 2 22-1299 * Amends a contract with Colorado Health Network, Inc., by Resolution adding $1,731,108 for a new total of $5,120,954 for emergency financial assistance, food bank & home delivered meals, medical case management, medical transportation, outpatient / ambulatory health, mental health, oral health care and oral health care directives, psychosocial support, substance abuse outpatient care and housing services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the Denver Transitional Grant Area, citywide. No change to agreement duration (202158736-00/ 202264489-03). 22-1300 * Amends a contract with It Takes a Village, Inc. by adding Resolution $204,782 for a new total of $560,814.25 to provide care, treatment, and supportive services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the Denver Transitional Grant Area, citywide. No change to agreement duration (202158729-00/ 202264830-02). 22-1301 * Amends a contract with Vivent Health, Inc. by adding Resolution $316,447 for a new total of $957,567 to provide care, treatment, and supportive services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the Denver Transitional Grant Area, citywide. Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Jason Gallardo 22-1296 * Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Urban Bill Drainage and Flood Control District, doing business as Mile High Flood District (MHFD), by adding $85,000 in City funds and $3,000,000 in MHFD funds for a total addition of $3,085,000 and a new contract total of $3,285,000 to continue design and construction of Harvard Gulch flood control improvements downstream of Colorado Boulevard in Council Districts 4 and 6. No change to contract duration. Finance Kiki Turner & Justin Aragon 22-1316 Rescinds $12,513,214 from General Fund Contingency and Bill authorizes supplemental appropriations in the General Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Capital Funds, and agency Enterprise Funds to address year-end 2022 needs. 22-1317 Rescinds $1,141,836 from completed or deferred facilities Bill maintenance capital improvement projects and reappropriates the funds to support other priority city facility maintenance projects, citywide. 22-1318 Rescinds $1,676,000 from agency General Fund Bill appropriations and $393,000 from Capital Improvement Fund appropriations, authorizes appropriations to transfer cash to Special Revenue Funds and Capital Improvement and Capital Maintenance Funds, and makes appropriations in Funds to address 2022 and 2023 needs, and authorizes the purchase of capital equipment items.
