Denver International Airport Carolina Flores 23-0068 * Approves an on-call contract with DESMAN, Inc. for Resolution $4,000,000 and three years to provide parking garage assessments, plans, repairs and improvements at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (PLANE-202261791). 23-0069 Approves a contract with Ball-Nogues Design Studio, LLC for Resolution $2,499,474 and three years, plus two 1-year options to extend, to design, fabricate and install a sculpture, as part of the city’s public art program, located in Concourse A-West expansion at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (PLANE-202264219). 23-0070 Approves a contract with Mythograph, Inc. for $2,500,000 Resolution and three years, plus two 1-year options to extend, to design, fabricate and install a sculpture, as part of the city’s public art program, located in Concourse B-West expansion at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (PLANE- 202264226). 23-0071 Approves a contract with Danielle Roney Studio, LLC for Resolution $2,413,480 and three years, plus two 1-year options to extend, to design, fabricate and install two sculptures, as Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, February 7, 2023 Page 2 part of the city’s public art program, located in Concourse C-East expansion at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (PLANE-202264227). 23-0087 * Approves a contract with Street Source Marketing & Resolution Communications, L.L.C. for $5,000,000 and 3 years, plus two 1- year options to extend, to provide joint marketing fund professional services, including the Excellence in Service concessionaire incentive program, located at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (Plane-202263724-00). Department of Housing Stability Jack Wylie 23-0082 * Amends a contract with Bayaud Enterprises, Inc. by Resolution reducing the amount by $335,000 for a new total of $655,000 and adding one-year for a new end date of 12-31-2023 to continue providing staffing and operational support for emergency stand-up shelters as needed, citywide (HOST-202158828/HOST-202265610-02). 23-0083 * Amends a contract with Bayaud Enterprises, Inc. by adding Resolution $134,200 for a new total of $4,884,205 and six months for a new end date of 6-30-2023 to continue providing additional shelter staffing, client transportation and meal delivery support for auxiliary shelters during the COVID-19 emergency, citywide (HOST-202055551/ HOST-202366329-05). 23-0084 * Amends a contract with The Denver Rescue Mission by Resolution adding $9,000,000 for a new total of $22,699,899 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-2023 to continue providing 24/7 shelter operations, day shelter services, and case management for people experiencing homelessness, citywide (HOST 202057230 /HOST-202266063-02). 23-0085 * Amends a contract with Roth Property Maintenance, LLC by Resolution adding $79,928 for a new total of $836,108 and four months for a new end date of 4-30-2023 to continue providing housekeeping services at non-congregate sheltering locations for persons experiencing homelessness, Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, February 7, 2023 Page 3 citywide (GENRL 202054852 /HOST-202266096-07). 23-0091 * Amends a contract with Catholic Charities & Community Resolution Services of the Archdiocese of Denver, Inc. by adding $8,215,623 for a new total of $22,709,464 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-2023 to continue providing operational and programmatic support at multiple low-barrier shelters for people experiencing homelessness, citywide (HOST-202057226-00/ HOST202266064-02). Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Jason Gallardo 23-0067 Approves an on-call contract with Triunity, Inc. for Resolution $17,800,000 and through 12-31-2027 to provide owner’s representative professional services for the East Colfax Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project, citywide (DOTI-202265837). 23-0081 * Grants a revocable permit, subject to certain terms and Resolution conditions, to Corleone Import Export, LLC, their successors and assigns, to encroach into the right-of-way with an enclosed patio with a footprint of 350 square feet, located at 2262 Larimer Street in Council District 9. 23-0086 * Approves a purchase order with Front Range Fire Apparatus Resolution for $3,991,718 for four new fire trucks, including one aerial platform and 3 velocity pumper engines (PO-00125821). Denver Economic Development and Opportunity Derrick Watson 23-0078 * Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the Bill Community College of Denver (CCD) by adding six (6) months for a new end date of 6-30-2023 to continue activities in CCD’s Center for Workforce Initiatives relating to WORKNOW, a collaborative workforce development initiative to recruit, support and train local residents in construction and construction-related careers, citywide. No change to contract amount (OEDEV-202161592-00/ OEDEV-202266239-01). Finance Kiki Turner Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, February 7, 2023 Page 4 23-0080 * Grants the authority to acquire through negotiated purchase Bill or condemnation of all or any portion of any property interest as needed in support of pedestrian crossing improvements for the Smith Elementary Safe Routes to School project, including easement interests, access rights, improvements, buildings, fixtures, licenses, permits and other appurtenances, located at the intersection of 35th Avenue and Holly Street in Council District 8.
