Denver International Airport Carolina Flores 23-0689 * Approves a purchase order with EP Blazer LLC for Resolution $629,069.61 for 11 Chevy Tahoe vehicles in support of operations at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (PO-00131525). 23-0715 * Approves a purchase order with ITW GSE, Inc. for Resolution $1,620,539 for ground power units to support operations at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (PO-00132205). 23-0716 Approves an intergovernmental agreement with Regional Bill Transportation District (RTD) for $1,887,784 and one year to provide reduced-rate EcoPass options for all concessionaire employees at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (Plane-202367421-00). 23-0717 Amends multiple concessionaire contracts to integrate the Resolution Regional Transportation District (RTD) EcoPass Program option for all concessionaires at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (multiple contract control numbers). Department of Housing Stability Sabrina Allie 23-0720 Approves a grant agreement with Warren Village Inc. for Resolution $1,777,500 and fifteen years to provide supportive housing services located at 1390 West Alameda Avenue and 1363 & 1373 West Nevada Avenue in Council District 7, known as Warren Village III, to 79 households experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness (HOST-202368173). 23-0721 Approves a loan agreement with Archdiocesan Housing, Resolution Inc., doing business as Catholic Charities Housing for $2,452,000, including $1,890,000 as a 60-year performance loan and $562,000 as an 18-year cash flow loan to construct 63 units of income-restricted senior housing, known as All Saints Apartments, located at 2595 South Federal Boulevard in Council District 2 (HOST-202368442). 23-0722 * Approves a grant agreement with the Montbello Organizing Resolution Committee for $1,450,000 and through 8-31-2030 to leverage existing project funds for a 97-unit income restricted affordable housing development located at 12300 East Albrook Drive in Council District 8 (HOST-202368263). 23-0723 Amends a contract with the Colorado Safe Parking Resolution Initiative (CSPI) by adding $600,000 for a new total of Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, June 13, 2023 Page 5 $750,000 and 31 months for a new end date of 12-31-2025 to operate and expand safe parking sites for people experiencing homelessness, citywide (HOST-202263356 / HOST-202368501-01). 23-0724 * Amends a contract with The Salvation Army by adding Resolution $426,000 for a new total of $5,464,827 to serve additional individuals and families through the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Programs, citywide. No change to contract duration (HOST-202157716/ HOST-202368291-03). 23-0725 Approves a loan agreement with Warren Village Inc. for Resolution $3,810,000 and 60 years to construct 89 income-restricted affordable housing units, 79 of which will include supportive housing, located at 1390 West Alameda Avenue and 1363 and 1373 West Nevada Avenue in Council District 7, known as Warren Village III, with a focus on serving households that are experiencing, are at risk of experiencing homelessness, citywide (HOST-202368174). 23-0738 * Approves a grant agreement with the US Department of Resolution Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for $1,450,000 and through 8-31-2023, as part of the Economic Development Initiative (EDI) Community Project grant, which will subsequently be used to support the construction of the Montbello FreshLo affordable apartment project (HOST-202366805). 23-0739 Approves a contract with Warren Village at Alameda LLLP Resolution for $22,702,287 and 20 years to fund 29 Homelessness Resolution Project Based Vouchers for use at the supportive housing units at Warren Village III, located at 1390 West Alameda Avenue and 1363 and 1373 West Nevada Avenue in Council District 7 (HOST-202368453). Department of Public Health and Environment Will Fenton 23-0711 * Amends a grant agreement with Colorado Department of Resolution Human Services’ Behavioral Health Administration by adding $370,000 for a new total of $730,000 and one year Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, June 13, 2023 Page 6 for a new end date of 6-30-2024, for the Denver Department of Public Health and Environment to continue the co-responder Substance Use Navigation (SUN) program, which works to connect individuals to behavioral health services as appropriate, citywide (ENVHL-202263228/ ENVHL-202263228-01).
