Children's Affairs Terra Swazer 23-0751 * Approves a contract with Family Star for $822,935.90 and Resolution through 6-30-2024 to provide Head Start and Early Head Start services for 67 children and families as a delegate agency for Denver Great Kids Head Start (DGKHS) in council districts 1, 2, 3 and 7 (MOEAI-202368083). 23-0753 * Approves an intergovernmental agreement with School Bill District No. 1 (Denver Public Schools) for $3,556,824.84 and through 6-30-2024 to provide Head Start and Early Head Start services for 350 children and families as a delegate agency for Denver Great Kids Head Start (DGKHS), citywide (MOEI-202368071). 23-0763 * Approves a contract with Catholic Charities and Community Resolution Services of the Archdiocese of Denver, Inc. for $2,157,274.72 and through 6-30-2024 to provide Head Start and Early Head Start services for 203 children and families as a delegate agency for Denver Great Kids Head Start (DGKHS) in Council Districts 1, 3, 7, 8 & 9 (MOEAI-202367404). Denver International Airport Carolina Flores 23-0755 * Approves a master purchase order with MHL Systems for Resolution $650,000 and two years, plus three 1-year options to extend, for snow equipment parts to support operations at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (SC-00007705). 23-0756 * Amends a lease agreement with Prospect International Resolution Airport Services, Inc. to relocate office space due to Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, June 20, 2023 Page 3 impacts of Jeppesen Terminal rehabilitation at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (PLANE-202266240 / PLANE-202266240-01). 23-0757 * Amends a contract with Harris, Miller, Miller & Hanson, Resolution Inc. (HMMH) by adding $450,000 for a new total of $1,750,000 and 3 years for a new end date of 12-31-2026 to continue providing noise impact consulting services for Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (CE13002-06). Department of Housing Stability Sabrina Allie 23-0766 * Amends a loan agreement with EC Wildhorse LLC and Resolution Envolve Communities, LLC by adding $718,000 for a new total of $1,168,000 to cover increased construction costs and an additional three HOME units at Wildhorse Ridge development, located near Tower Road and 58th Avenue in Council District 11. No change to contract duration. (HOST-202160903 / HOST-202367972-01). 23-0767 * Amends a loan agreement with Archway Montview Manor, Resolution LLC by correcting the term of the loan from 30 years to 60 years and including the Accessibility Requirements language in compliance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements for the affordable housing development located at 1663 Steele Street in Council District 9. Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Jason Gallardo 23-0752 * Approves an on-call contract with Jacobs Investments, Resolution LLC, doing business as Colorado Boring Co., for $2,758,964.50 and 3 years to install electrical and fiber optic conduits to support traffic system infrastructure, citywide (DOTI-202366828). Denver Public Library Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, June 20, 2023 Page 4 Melissa Bordwine 23-0740 * Amends a contract with Kanopy Inc. by adding $300,000 Resolution for a new total of $1,250,000 and 5 years for a new end date of 4-30-2028 to continue providing online digital streaming for library patrons, citywide (BOOKS-202055910/ BOOKS-202367756). Finance Josh Rosenblum 23-0758 * Amends a lease agreement with Denver Urban Gardens by Resolution adding $10 for a new total of $40 and 5 years for a new end date of 9-30-2028 to continue operating community gardens located at 201 Grant Street in Council District 7, 1350 East Florida Avenue in Council District 6, and 2245 Emerson Street in Council District 9 (FINAN-201313505-02/ 202368065-02). 23-0759 * Approves a license agreement with Cellco Partnership, Resolution doing business as Verizon Wireless, for 10 years and $495,239.28, with an annual license fee increase, for Verizon Wireless to install, operate and maintain cellular equipment on the tower at Fire Station 21, located at 1580 East Virginia Avenue, in Council District 6 (FINAN-202366844). 23-0760 * Approves a license agreement with Cellco Partnership, Resolution doing business as Verizon Wireless, for 10 years and $525,504.36, with an annual license fee increase, for Verizon Wireless to install, operate and maintain cellular equipment on the tower at Fire Station 29, located at 4800 Himalaya Road in Council District 11 (FINAN-202366867). 23-0761 * Amends a lease agreement with Denver Health and Bill Hospital Authority (DHHA) by adding $2,026,969.71 for a new total of $14,454,711.63 for the city to reconcile rent payments and operating expenses to DHHA for office space used by the Office of the Medical Examiner, located at 500 North Quivas in Council District 7.
