OEDEV-202368028 23-1887 Approves a contract with the Downtown Denver Resolution Partnership, Inc. for $1,150,000 and a term ending on 12-31-2025 to design and execute downtown recovery activation to fully leverage the reconstruction and reopening of the 16th Street Mall, in Council District 10. OEDEV-202370197 Department of Public Health and Environment Will Fenton 23-1896 * Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Denver Bill Health and Hospital Authority by adding $2,326,616 for a new total of $4,821,848.57 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-2024 to continue to provide paramedics and vans in support of the Support Team Assisted Response (STAR) program, citywide. ENVHL-202371479-01/ENVHL-202265543-01 23-1897 Amends a contract with the Mental Health Center of Resolution Denver, operating as WellPower, by adding $935,986 for a new total of $3,213,553 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-2024 to continue to provide clinicians for the Support Team Assisted Response (STAR) program, citywide. ENVHL-202371478-02/ENVHL-202160835-02 23-1898 Amends a contract with the Mental Health Center of Resolution Denver, operating as WellPower, by adding $4,110,334 for Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, December 12, 2023 Page 3 a new total of $16,070,560 and nine months for a new end date of 9-30-2024 to operate the Behavioral Health Solutions Center located at 2929 W 10th Avenue, in Council District 3. FINAN-202371561 General Services Nicol Suddreth 23-1879 * Amends a contract with Polarized Water Solutions, LLC to Resolution add $250,000 for a new total of $700,000 and 1 additional year for a new end term of 12-31-2024 to provide sand and grease trap maintenance services, citywide. GENRL-202371001-02 (GENRL-202161473-02). Safety Emily Lauck 23-1881 * Amends a contract with the Regents of the University of Bill Colorado Addiction Research and Treatment Services to add 2 years for a new end term of 12-31-2025 and modifies the scope of work to provide only non-residential treatment services through the Peer I program to individuals exiting the community corrections system, in Council District 2. There is no change in funding. 202371090-02 (202056981) 23-1883 * Amends a contract with Mental Health Center of Denver, Resolution operating as WellPower, to add $2,082,705 for a new total of $6,005,984 and 13 additional months for a new end term of 11-30-2024 for operation of the Crisis Intervention Response Unit, which pairs mental health clinicians with police officers to respond to calls involving individuals with suspected mental health needs and is funded through the Caring for Denver Foundation, citywide. POLIC-202370811-03 (202262299-00) 23-1884 * Amends a contract with Mental Health Center of Denver, Resolution operating as WellPower, to add $700,000 for a new total of $4,500,000 and one additional year for a new end term of 12-31-2024 for operation of the Crisis Intervention Response Unit, which pairs mental health clinicians with police officers to respond to calls involving individuals with suspected mental health needs and is funded through the Police General Fund budget, citywide.
