DEPARTMENTAL MATTERS IN THE REGULAR COURSE OF BUSINESS: Mayor's Office Ester Lee Leach 24-0471 * Approves the Mayoral reappointments of Angela Bricmont Resolution and Robert “Bob” Lee to the Denver Urban Renewal Authority for a term of a 5 years with an end date of 4-3-2029 or until a successor is duly appointed. 24-0472 * Approves the Mayoral reappointments to the Denver Resolution Non-Profit Engagement Commission for a 3-year term of the following individuals: LaRita Cavness, Linda Foster, Madisen Frederick, Dijuana Harvell, Melanie Tsuchida, and Cori Streetman. Arts & Venues Tad Bowman 24-0294 Approves an agreement with SMG, doing business as ASM Resolution Global for $30,000,000 and an end date of 12-31-2026 to provide stagehand services at theaters and arenas, citywide (THTRS-202371500). City Council Luke Palmisano 24-0476 For an Ordinance Amending Chapter 58 to Authorize the Bill Auditor to Issue Investigatory Subpoenas in Connection with the Enforcement of Certain Wage Violations. Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, April 16, 2024 Page 2 Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency Jonathan Rogers 24-0450 * Amends a Master Operator Agreement with McKinstry Resolution Essention, LLC, to add $10,900,000 for a new total of $44,300,000 for the term ending November 30, 2046, for the design, development, installation, operation, and maintenance of community solar photovoltaic generating facilities and electric vehicle chargers owned by the City as part of the Renewable Denver Community Solar initiative, citywide (CASR-202473215-03/CASR-202160096-03). Clerk & Recorder David Hughes 24-0449 * Approves a contract with US Imaging for $1,091,805 and Resolution an end date of 10-31-2025 to provide digitization and indexing services for the Clerk and Record Historical Preservation project, citywide (CLERK-202472610). Community Planning and Development Emily Collins 24-0455 Amends Ordinance 20220426, Series 2022, to extend the Bill deadlines by which an applicant must obtain approval of a site development plan or site development plan amendment and to impose timeframes around re-submittals of applications for site development plans in order to comply with the requirements of Articles V or VI, Chapter 27 of the DRMC, as applicable, as it existed prior to July 1, 2022. 24-0456 Approves an ordinance amending Ordinance 20220424, Resolution Series 2022, to extend the deadlines by which an applicant must obtain approval of a site development plan or site development plan amendment and to impose timeframes around re-submittals of applications for site development plans in order to comply with the requirements of the Denver Zoning Code, as it existed prior to July 1, 2022, citywide. Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, April 16, 2024 Page 3 Denver International Airport Kevin Forgett 24-0452 Approves a contract with Executives Partnering to Invest in Resolution Children (EPIC) for $800,000 and for a term of three years with two one-year options to extend to facilitate strategic discussions and make recommendations on the feasibility of an onsite childcare center for employee use at Denver International Airport, in Council District 11 (PLANE-202368144). 24-0453 * Approves a contract with University Corporation for Resolution Atmospheric Research (UCAR) for $810,833 and for 3 years with two 1-year options to extend for weather consulting services at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (PLANE-202472583). Department of Housing Stability Chris Lowell 24-0451 * Approves a grant agreement with the State of Colorado, Resolution Department of Local Affairs for $7,163,164 and an end date of 9-30-2026 to support the Transformational Homelessness Response program that provides emergency shelter to individuals and families experiencing homelessness (HOST-20272748). Department of Public Health and Environment Will Fenton 24-0468 * Approves an on-call contract with EnviroServe, Inc. for a Resolution maximum amount of $5,000,000 and for three years for hazardous materials management services, citywide (ESEQD-202370280-00). 24-0469 * Approves a contract with La Clinica Tepeyac (Tepeyac Resolution Community Health Center) for $700,000 and through 12-31-26 to provide linguistically and culturally responsive behavioral health services to low-income City residents, citywide (ENVHL-202472977).
