24-0907 A bill for an ordinance submitting to a vote of the qualified
Bill and registered electors of the City and County of Denver at
a special municipal election to be held in conjunction with
the coordinated election of November 5, 2024, a proposed
amendment to the Charter of the City and County of
Denver to provide for binding arbitration in the event of an
impasse between parties in firefighter collective bargaining
negotiations and removing references to advisory-fact
finding.

homeless with complex needs and long lengths of
homelessness, in Council District 8 (HOST-202474655).
24-0881 * Approves a grant agreement with the Colorado Department
Resolution of Local Affairs, through the Denver-Metro Regional
Navigation (DMRNC) grant program for $17,388,719 and
an end date of 6-30-2026 to assist with the acquisition of
the Denver Navigation Center which offers integrated
services for the homeless with complex needs and long
lengths of homelessness, in Council District 8

Bill granted a revocable permit to Peerless Apartments, LLC.,
their successors and assigns, to encroach into the
right-of-way with various items into the alley lying

24-0894 * Amends a contract with Northeast Transportation
Resolution Connections (NETC) adding $341,019.96 for a new total of
$3,504,820.71 to continue a neighborhood transit pilot

enrollment in the Denver Asylum Seeker Program (DASP)

enrollment, including waitlist management and providing
food and personal items assistance to DASP participants,
citywide (SOCSV-202474739-00).
24-0901 Approves a contract with Papagayo for $2,924,179 and a
Resolution term of 8-1-2024 through 7-31-2025, to provide housing
navigation, and rental and utilities assistance for
newcomers enrolled to participate in the Denver Asylum

24-0902 Approves a contract with ViVe; ViVe Inspiring Wellness,
Resolution also known as ViVe Wellness, for $7,863,598 and a term
of 8-1-2024 through 7-31-2025 to provide housing
navigation, and rental and utilities assistance for
newcomers enrolled to participate in the Denver Asylum
