Community Planning and Development Alisa Childress & William Prince 24-0878 Approves a map amendment to rezone property from B-A-3 Bill and O-1 to S-M-5, located at 3801 East Florida Avenue located in Council District 6. 24-0937 Approves a map amendment to rezone property from E-SU-G Bill to E-TU-C, located at 959 & 971 South Wolff Street, in Council District 3. Denver Public Library Melissa Bordwine 24-0977 * Approves a contract with Advanced Network Management Resolution Inc., for $1,079,811.40 and 5 years for an end date of 6-30-2029 for a wireless access point refresh to include hardware, licensing, installation, and professional services, citywide. This is a USAC E-rate procurement - Denver Public Library portion of the expense will be 20% or $215,962.28 (BOOKS-202473913). Department of Housing Stability Christopher Lowell 24-0978 * Approves a grant from the Colorado Department of Local Resolution Affairs for $2,500,000 and an end date of 9-30-2026 for infrastructure work associated with the construction of the Denverado at Welton, creating 62 affordable condominium housing units in Council District 9 (HOST-202474475). Department of Public Health and Environment Will Fenton Mayor-Council Meeting Tuesday, August 6, 2024 Page 4 24-0918 * Amends a contract with School District #1 (Denver Public Bill Schools) by adding $861,100 for a new total of $1,722,200 and one year for a new ending date of 9-30-2025 to provided behavioral health related programming, including a community liaison program, a behavioral health staffing pipeline and a wellness team to DPS students and families, citywide (ENVHL- 202473711-01/ENVHL-202368548). Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Alaina McWhorter 24-0984 * Approves a subdivision plat known as Denver International Resolution Business Center Filing No. 11 located between East 71st and 72nd Avenues, and Pena Boulevard, and North Tower Road, in Council District 11. Finance Carolina Flores 24-0985 Declares the intent of the City and County of Denver, Resolution Colorado, to use its best efforts to issue housing revenue bonds or mortgage credit certificates to provide financing of residential facilities for low-and middle-income families or persons, and containing other provisions relating to the proposed issuance of such bonds and certificates, citywide. 24-0986 * Approves the capital equipment purchase of eight (8) vehicles Bill for use in everyday workflow for Parks & Recreation, from the Risk Management Fund (11838), citywide. 24-0987 * Approves the capital equipment purchase of one (1) vehicle, a Resolution pickup truck with lift bed that supports various client service programs, from the Denver Human Service (DHS) Special Revenue Fund, citywide.
