Department of Housing Stability Christopher Lowell 24-0978 * Approves a grant from the Colorado Department of Local Resolution Affairs for $2,500,000 and an end date of 9-30-2026 for infrastructure work associated with the construction of the Denverado at Welton, creating 62 affordable condominium housing units in Council District 9 (HOST-202474475). Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Alaina McWhorter 24-0984 * Approves a subdivision plat known as Denver International Resolution Business Center Filing No. 11 located between East 71st and 72nd Avenues, and Pena Boulevard, and North Tower Road, in Council District 11.
