(doing business as Catholic Charities Denver) in the amount of $1 million from Community Development Block Grant funds (HUD monies) structured as a performance loan to provide acquisition financing for a new women’s homeless shelter located at 6240 Smith Road, in Council District 8 (OEDEV-201630186-00).
