Consent Items 17-0360 Amends a contract with ShotSpotter, Inc. by adding $123,909 for a new contract total in the amount of $648,909 and to add two years for a new end date of 12-31-18, to provide the city with ShotSpotter Flex gunfire location, alert and analysis services, and equipment (201525310-01). This Resolution 17-0360 was approved by consent. 17-0369 Amends a contract with Background Information Services, Inc. (BIS) by adding $366,714 for a total contract in the amount of $725,256 and to add one year for a new end date of 4-7-18 to conduct name searches related to public Denver County Court data through a web service developed by the court in 2010 (201627011-01).
