Consent Items 17-0572 Amends a contract with Mpowered to add $119,802.06 for a new contract total in the amount of $647,911.31, and to add three months for a new end date of 6-30-17 for financial counseling and related services in support of the City’s Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) program to provide free, one-on-one financial coaching for residents in the City to assist in developing budgets, reducing debt, increasing savings, navigating complex financial systems, and other related services (HRCRS-201626889-04).
