Consent Items 17-0905 Amends a contract with Mpowered to add $239,134.84 for a new total contract in the amount of $887,047.15 and to add six months for a new end date of 12-31-17 for financial counseling and related services in support of the City’s Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) program to provide free, one-on-one financial coaching for residents in the City to assist in developing budgets, reducing debt, increasing savings, navigating complex financial systems, and other related services (HRCRS-201626889-05).
