Consent Items 17-1008 Approves the full grant award in the amount of $9,188,648 from the United States Department of Health and Human Services for a contract term through 6-30-18 to operate the Denver Great Kids Head Start program through the Office of Children’s Affairs to provide services to 1,153 children in Denver (MOEAI - 201736898). (ASCI) and Waste Management of Colorado, Inc. (WM) to extend the contract term through 12-31-25 to accommodate the upfront costs of installing the asphalt and concrete batch plants. There is no change to the contract amount (ENVHL-201627472-01).
