18-0352 Authorizes the City to submit an application to the Colorado Public Utilities
Commission (PUC) to raise the monthly Enhanced 911 (E-911) surcharge
by $.50 for a new total of $1.20 per telephone, citywide.
A motion offered by Councilmember Ortega, duly seconded by Councilmember
Espinoza, that Council Resolution 18-0352 be approved for filing. The motion

Information Services, Inc. for a new total amount of $2,459,300 through
4-7-21 to conduct name searches related to public Denver County Court
data through a Web Service developed by the Court (201627011-02).

Councilmember Ortega, that Council Resolution 18-0523 be approved by consent
