A motion offered by Councilmember Kniech, duly seconded by Councilmember Ortega, that Council Bill 18-1292 be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Kashmann, Ortega, Gilmore, Kniech, New Nay: 0 Absent: 1- López There will be 15 minutes of public comment on item 18-1292. Sign up to speak outside room 391 from 9:45a - 10:00a 18-1267 Amends Article VIII, Chapter 2 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code (DRMC) to update procedures and transfer governance of the Crime Prevention and Control Commission from the Department of Human Services to the Department of Public Health and Environment. A motion offered by Councilmember Kniech, duly seconded by Councilmember Gilmore, that Council Bill 18-1267 be postponed to a date certain. A motion offered by Councilmember Kniech, duly seconded by Councilmember Ortega, that Council Resolution 18-1226 be approved for filing.
