total of $551,762 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-19 to provide
additional after-hours programming and other services in collaboration with
the Denver Street Outreach Collaborative (DSOC) and Denver’s Road
Home for case management, referrals, intervention and resources to
individuals experiencing homelessness, citywide (SOCSV-
2016-31778-02).
