Council Resolution 19-0402 was approved by consent 19-0419 Approves an Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Colorado Division of Youth Corrections for $1,516,372.76 and one year to perform detention screening and pre-trial release services for the 2nd Judicial District Senate Bill 94 Program at the Denver Juvenile Services Center in Council District 9 (TBD). Council Bill 19-0419 was approved by consent 19-0423 Approves the City Council appointment of Councilman Christopher Herndon to the Denver College Success Corporation. That the City Council appointment of Councilman Christopher Herndon to the Denver College Success Corporation, the non-profit corporation established to administer the Denver College Affordability Fund, for a term effective immediately and expiring on 05-01-2022 be and herby is approved.
