Consent Items
19-0564 Amends a grant agreement with the Colorado Department of Human
Services by adding $369,075 for a new total of $778,940 and one year for
a new end date of 6-30-20 to implement the Substance Use
Navigator-Co-Responder Services program to prevent unnecessary
incarceration and hospitalization of persons with substance use and mental
health disorders, citywide (ENVHL-201841994-00).
