Council Resolution 19-0756 was approved by consent 19-0760 Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) by modifying eligibility and financial requirements for the administration of the Lead Based Paint Hazard Control Grant Program (LBPHC), to mitigate lead paint hazards in low income homes, citywide.
