A motion offered by Councilmember Kniech, duly seconded by Councilmember Torres, that Council Bill 19-0891 be postponed to a date certain. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Kashmann, Torres, Sandoval, Kniech, Sawyer, Clark Nay: 0 Absent: 1- Flynn There will be 15 minutes of public comment on item 19-0891.
