19-1177 Amends Chapter 2 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to create a new
Office of Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resiliency and makes
conforming code changes to transfer responsibilities for related programs
to the new office.

A motion offered by Councilmember Kniech, duly seconded by Councilmember
Sawyer, that Council Bill 19-1177 be approved for filing. The motion carried by
the following vote:

Nay: 0
Abstain: 1- Clark
