A motion offered by Councilmember Kniech, duly seconded by Councilmember Flynn, that Council Bill 20-0047 be postponed to a date certain. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Kashmann, Torres, Sandoval, Kniech, Flynn, Sawyer, Clark Nay: 0 20-0099 Amends a contract with Correctional Management Inc. by adding $5,553,112.10 for a new total of $12,233,558.80 and one year for a new end date of 6-30-21 for residential and non-residential community corrections services (201950074-01).
