A motion offered by Councilmember Flynn duly seconded by Councilmember Sawyer that Council Bill 20-1170 be approved for filing. A motion offered by Councilmember Torres, duly seconded by Councilmember Gilmore, that Council Bill 20-1178 be approved for filing.
